Detta var på ett hamburgerställe vid Soho häromveckan. I själva verket ligger jag i sängen och ska strax tvätta ansiktet, för att sedan sova. Jag tipsar verkligen om att skriva listor ifall hjärnan känns överbelastad. Det fungerar! Dröm sött, vi hörs imorgon!
Since I came home from work I've spent the whole evening making up lists. This is my secret weapon when it comes to keeping track on and organizing my everyday-life. Making up lists (on paper) allows the brain to focus on other things or even relax for a moment. I don't always do it, but it does for sure happen as soon as I feel overloaded with informations and events to get done. I thought of now sharing this weeks to-do-list. Enjoy!
Mon: Book appointment at dentist, Work, Write lists and budget for September
Tue: Weekly grocery shopping, Some clothes-shopping, Beauty treatments, Washing, Cleaning and Preparing lunch boxes for the rest of the week (best way to save money)
Wed: Work, Workout
Fri: Work, Workout
Sat: Work, My flatmates birthday party (yey!)
Sun: Hairdresser, Workout, Washing, and Packning for...... ;-)
I highly recommend to write a couple of lists. It will bring structure and motivation to actually get things done. It works. Sleep tight, See you tomorrow! x
