Smöra inte, om du inte vill, men stärk. Säg att du kan. Säg att inget är egentligen rätt eller fel. Din sanning är din väg och det ska lägga grunden för din kommande, stärkande och ödmjuka konversation om dig själv, med dig själv.
/ There is a constant ongoing conversation between you and yourself. Have you ever reflected upon this conversation? How do you talk to yourself? Have you ever heard how this voice within you reminds you about "thick thighs" whenever you are walking past a mirror in the store? Have you heard how this voice is repeatedly telling you how you are such a coward, never being the one raising your voice in social contexts? Have you noticed how this voice inside whispers that "you are not enough" and "you will not be able to do this". Have you realized how it has made you not believe in yourself and furthermore limited you from not doing what you truly like?
Above is examples. It is you, talking to you, about you. Does it make you feel good? I am trying my best to be conscious about my conversation with myself. I am convinced that this is one of most important things when it comes to my mission to become the best at being me. To question, create and change yourself is positive. To limit and put yourself down is negative. We all need to practice, be conscious and humble. This is our amazing task, our big mission! Talk to yourself as if you were your own closest friend, because in the end - that is what you are.
