First day of homecoming and the dress up theme was pajamas. I will not dress up this week because I don’t have anything I can use in my closet that I brought from home and I will not buy anything more. But it was really fun to see everybody in their pajamas pants, unicorn one pieces and slippers. Instead of mandatory class we had an assembly where they presented the dress up themes for the weak, made the nominated homecoming queens and kings do challenges like chubby bunny, and had a pie eating contest. But the contest was set up so it was only one person eating with a blindfold and the other ones were just watching him. The guy also hit his nose in the pie so hard that he started nose bleeding.
I got out of school at twelve to go to a match at Boulder City. They are one of two best schools in our league. We lost against their first and second double team, but we won against their third! One of the girls in their third double team was not in a good mood. They had just lost against our first double team in a tie breaker and when we were going to play a tie breaker she wanted us to let them win so that we didn’t had to play for any longer. She was like “Do you really want to play a tie breaker?” and I just answered that we don’t have a choice, that’s the rules when it is 6-6. She was also always saying “Just so you know, lines are in” when we called a ball out. I played really good at the net in the tie breaker and the girl was almost crying when they were loosing.
We played for a very long time at Boulder and we had almost a two hour ride home and we also had to stop and eat so we got home really late, at ten. I usually go to bed at eight-nine here since I get up so early, so tomorrow I will probably be super tired.
