Mince two cloves of garlic and one onion into small pieces. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a medium-large saucepan, pour in the onion and let it mill without it changing color. Add 6dl of water and one vegetable broth after a few minutes. Let it get to boiling before adding the 600grams of green peas. I used around 550g of frozen and added my homegrown fresh. Season with salt & pepper and let it simmer for 10-15minutes. When done, take it off the stove and mix it into a smooth creamy soup. Last but not least add 1dl of cream and top with crisp bacon!
