Good morning everyone! Today I got to sleep in because it is Thursday and on Thursday my first lesson doesn't start until late in the morning. I have just woke up and now I am thinking about what to make for breakfast and also how quick this week has past. It feels very good that the first week back to school have gone by this quickly. Otherwise I wouldn't be in such a good mood that I am in right now I believe, hehe. Have you also started school this week or started work? How does it feel?
The breakfast that I plan on making today is the creamy coconut oatmeal that I made a while ago. When I think about coconut my body kind of screams "Yes! that is what you are craving!", haha. If you want to make coconut oatmeal for breakfast today as well or maybe tomorrow, here's the recipe:
CREAMY COCONUT OATMEAL
0.8 cup oats
1 cup coconutmilk
1 cup water
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
Cook all ingredients in a pan on medium heat. When the liquids have start to absorb you should start stirring. Stir until the oatmeal reach your desired consistency.
