Exploring & traveling, Plantbased

Going to an ice cream bar where they serve at least one type of vegan ice cream has only been a dream for me so how do you think it felt when I went to the ice cream food pops where all the ice cream in the counter is vegan? Heavenly! Still thinking about this lovely ice cream, and will miss it for sure when I go back home. I highly recommend this place if you ever find yourself in Bali.

vegan heaven

Straw bags, light and airy clothes, peanut -and almond butter bagels with banana, nectar and granola. The way I look at my food in the last picture says it all. Could you ask for more? Don’t think so. It is so easy to find vegan food here, and I love it.

Exploring & traveling, Personal

Canggu beach

//I decided to travel to Bali to visit my friend Melissa a couple of days ago, so I just booked the ticket and left three days later. I have never been this far away before, and never been traveling alone either, so the trip was way more exhausting than I thought it would be. It is completely different to travel alone, because you have to handle everything alone, plus you do not have anyone to talk to on a twelve hour long flight. That is precisely why I decided to leave, not for the purpose of the destination, but for the journey itself. To do something you think is scary and to do something yourself. This lead me to meet two good people on the flight too, who was very nice to talk with.

When I arrived at the airport in Denpasar, Melissa stood there with a poster, and drove home to Melissa's place on scooter in the rain. It was very special for me to come here, as this place is not the same as anywhere else I've traveled. The traffic, the people, the climate, the surroundings - everything is very different.
