I wake up early every morning.
I put my clothes on that I have laid out the night before.
I go to my already rolled out yoga mat.
I do my session of yoga.
During the session I focus on 2 things:
To breath and the purpose.
I have goals in life.
I have a purpose to my life.
I every day visualise and remind myself of them.
I accept the thought that I will make mistake on the way.
I say to myself that I won’t ever fail until I give up.
I am training myself to become fearless.
I am being focused and disciplined.
This is not always easy - but I know I can do it.
