The smoothie bowl is made out of two parts, one chia pudding and one blueberry & banana smoothie.
The chia pudding needs to be prepared a few hours before serving to set in the fridge. We did ours yesterday and let it stand overnight.
Mix 1 dl chia seeds with 2 dl almond milk and 2 tbs honey in a bowl and put in the fridge.
We did the smoothie in the am. Just mixed 1 frozen banana, 1 dl frozen blueberries, 1 large handful of baby spinach and water.
Put the porridge in half the bowl and Pour the smoothie in the other half. Slice some fruit, nuts, seeds or what ever you feel like on top and enjoy a delicious meal!
