I wanted to show off these extremely delicious cookies I baked today!
Not only do they taste incredible but they don't contain eggs! Which means you can safely eat the cookie dough without the risk of catching salmonella!
You can use any milk you like - I love coconut milk so I used that, but you can use almond etc etc

I simply added in Olivani dairy free margarine and coconut milk to the mixture and wellah! After the dough had been mixed, chilled for 20 minutes, then baked for 15-20 minutes, I had reached the ultimate chocolate chip cookie perfection
THE VERDICT: The cookies turned out crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and super chocolaty! YUMMY.
