I wanted to show off these extremely delicious cookies I baked today!

Not only do they taste incredible but they don't contain eggs! Which means you can safely eat the cookie dough without the risk of catching salmonella!

You can use any milk you like - I love coconut milk so I used that, but you can use almond etc etc

Since 2016 Half Baked (Georgia Rose & Pia Tapsell) have been creating cookie mixes that are designed to cater to everyone! Including Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy Free options. Not only do the cookies taste amazing, but the preparation time has been cut in half! Half Bake, half the time

I simply added in Olivani dairy free margarine and coconut milk to the mixture and wellah! After the dough had been mixed, chilled for 20 minutes, then baked for 15-20 minutes, I had reached the ultimate chocolate chip cookie perfection

THE VERDICT: The cookies turned out crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and super chocolaty! YUMMY.

These pancakes were so delicious and so easy to make! The perfect way to start the day ✨

Ingredients

1 cup of organic coconut flour

1 tbsp of Ceylon Kokonati Coconut Sugar

2 tbsp of organic baking powder

1/8 tsp of Himalayan salt

1 tsp of organic vanilla extract

1 cup of vanilla organic coconut milk (sweetened or unsweetened)

2 tbsp of Ceylon Kokonati Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)

Toppings

Ceylon Kokonati Organic Coconut Nectar

Organic Coconut & Vanilla Serious Popcorn

Organic powdered coconut sugar

Organic Strawberries

Organic Blueberries

Method

Turn on a stove element with a pan to medium heat

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl

Add wet ingredients to your mixture

Mix until smooth

Spoon mixture into the ready-heated pan

Flip pancake(s) when you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake

Repeat until mixture is gone

Once ready, add toppings

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of organic coconut milk (sweetened or unsweetened)

1/2 cup of Little Island Chocolate Coconut Ice cream

1 tbsp of Go Superfoods Cacao powder 

1 organic banana

1 small organic avocado (or one half of a big avocado)

Optional Ingredients

1/2 scoop of Nuzest pea protein

Ice cubes

Method 

Blend ingredients until you have reached your desired smooth-ness!
