Here comes one more vegan recipe from me. This one is very quick and easy, but if you want you can make it much more advanced by making your own pasta and things - I’ll show you short way!
All you need is
• pasta (I choose full corn)
• heavy milk (oatly)
• chickpeas ( 1 box 300g)
• spices (I used paprika, smoked paprika, pepper mix and turmeric)
In food processor mix together chickpeas, heavy cream of your choice, garlic and some basil.
While those are mixing cut your onion and start cooking with little bit of oil or water.
Cook your pasta as shown in instruction.
When onions are starting to get ready, add mixture from food processor and spices as you like. Let it all cook together until pasta is ready.
Strain your pasta and add to sauce. Add some pasta water if necessary.
Give it a good mix, add some more fresh basil and serve.
This is so quick and so good and done in no time - while your pasta is cooking.
