This banana split recipe is a great alternative to an unhealthy one. It is super sweet even though there is nothing "bad" about it.
INGREDIENTS: (1 portions)
2 tbsp. agave sirup
10 g. blueberries
10 g. lingonberries
2 tbsp. greek yogurt
1. Split the banana in half and add it to a pan with a nob of butter in it on medium-high heat.
2. Let the banana caramelise and transfer it onto a plate.
3. Top the banana with the greek yogurt, the mixed berries, the almonds and drizzle the agave sirup on top.
