This is a 3-days program made to a woman called Emilie and 3 of her girlfriends, and they are between 35-40 years old. They want to have an active weekend in London with 2-3 hours in gym per day. They also wished for at wellness area in their hotel, so they can sit back and relax after a long day and let their muscles restitute. Emilie and her friends want to eat healthy, but they also want to enjoy a few drinks in the evenings. Emilie and her friends want to explore London, see all of the famous attractions and be active!

Here is what they are going to do:

Day 1:

7.05 am:

Take off from Kastrup Airport.

8.10 am:

Landing in Heathrow Airport. A driver is waiting for them to transport them to their hotel.

10.00 am:

Arrival to Bulgari London Hotel in Knightsbridge for check in. Bulgari is placed close to Westminster which is the most central place in London.

11.30 am

Lunch at Wild Food Cafe in Covent Garden.

They will be taking the underground Picadelly line from Knightsbridge Station to Covent Garden.

13.00 pm

Time to see attractions! Starting with Big Ben, London Eye and the Palace of Westminster.

Underground from Embankment Station with district line (Ealing Broadway) to St. James Park Station

16.00 pm

Workout in the fitness center at the hotel

18.00 pm

Spa & Wellness at the hotel

20.00 pm

Dinner at Zuma

Day 2

10.00 am:

Walk in Hyde Park. The park is placed just one street from the hotel

13.00 pm:

Shopping on Oxford Street

16.00 am:

Workout in Psycle, placed close to Oxford Circus Station on 76 Mortimer St, Marylebone

18.30 pm:

Dinner at All Bar One

Breakfast in the hotel

Rafting tiiiiime! Lee Valley White Water Centre is offering groups of people to have som fun rafting in the olympic Water Centre. Dinner is included here.
