waking up to the sound of bicycle bells ringing and car horns gong off every 2 minutes, like a teenager´s alarm clock on a Monday morning. i made my way out of bed and was only to be greeted with the infamous London showers. i started getting ready for the day and was out the door in 10 minutes. with Macy already being gone i was forced o find another form of transportation (she had a car), this led me to experience my first uber, i cant find any other way to describe this experience other than it being "chill" as the young people say. although i would like to point out the fact that the man who told me his name was earl, was trying to make small talk in a thick cockney English accent being polite and all that good stuff. then there was me with the expression of confusion bluntly sprawled across my face with no shape what so ever, i assume he took notice to this due to him just turning up the radio.

after and awkward 20 min uber ride i threw some cash in earl´s face i dashed out the car like a sister running away from her brother she pissed off. after getting away from that awkward situation in the stupidest way possible, i finally relized i got here the one and only oxford street. took in my surroundings from the kids laughing to the old women and men enjoying their tea time. i started off my shopping spree at a store called Primark which was basically a fashion humans holy grail. aisles of various clothes for various styles, also shoes of all sorts sneakers to heels. filling my basket with various items of clothes i stared at it in awe, it was everything you would ever want in a clothing store. walking up to the cash register i swiped my card with so much happiness, you would think i won the lottery. walking out with three large bags of clothing, i started walking threw oxford street on clothing high coming out shop after shop with a bag or bags in my hands.

after a few good hours of shopping, i earned my self some sore feet and more bags then id anticipated. so i stopped at cute little bakery on the side of the street called the grand cafe. to be completely honest with you i pulled another embarrassing moment and stood outside the little bakery taking pictures from multiple angles. yes, i had another tourist moment but it was Instagram worthy, so dont tell me you wouldn't do the same. after parking myself on a chair and sipping a cocktail and some tiny sandwiches, i got up and left the cafe. just before i left oxford street i hit up one more store, called new look. it was slightly more towards the grunge style, which personally is my forte so i had a quite pleasant time exploring the store. walking towards the main driving area i hauled a classic black taxi and let me tell it was a whole lot less awkward then the uber i took in the morning. i went straight to Macy's and dropped all my bags and collapsed onto the bed, completely dismissing the shouting Macy

Ending up in the in the city of rain was never on my agenda.. so as you guys may have picked up, or not, i am in London. it is not exactly pron to its stereotype which i mentioned meaning it was the exact opposite of rain as a matter of fact there was not a cloud in sight only the clear blue sky accompanied by the sun.

my first day in London was spent doing exactly what you would expect, which was being the stereotypical tourist. i started out my journey at Big Ben and Westminster it has historically beautiful. walking down Westminster bridge i came across the infamous red phone box, of course i did exactly what you would expect me to do i posed inside the phone box, note i got a complete stranger to take my picture it was quite embarrassing i might add. due to the fact that i was posing like a complete baboon. after thanking the the random Londoner, i made my way to the nearest tube station which was the Westminster station. my experience on the tube was just like you would imagine, cramped, sweaty and loud. the sound of a crying child mixed with people shouting over the phone is not music to my ears for sure. with the extra hint of sweat and the odour that goes with was a very hectic and nasty experience, so props to all of you who have to survive that on a daily basis. finally making to my destination which was hammersmith station. where i would get my first taste of the classic English fish and chips. after a ten minute walk from the station i reached the restaurant called, Kerbisher and Malt. as i reached the entrance of the door i was attacked by my long term friend Macy into a massive bear hug. when we entered the restaurant we got our food (which i might add was pretty god damn god), we talked the night away. after a lovely day around the city known for its horrible weather i spent the night at Macy`s, cute little flat in Kingston, surrey.
