Så blev ett besök hos läkaren, hon ska vila resten av veckan så får bli mysdeluxe.
Bästa morfar har också varit en vända på sjukhus.

Vabba är det som är på agendan just nu 😩😩 en liten tjej här som har 39 graders feber sedan i onsdags kväll och det är några envisa baciller som inte vill ge med sig 🤒🤒🤒
Blev iaf en liten stund i friska luften, man blir tokig i att bara sitta inomhus ! Inte min grej precis och absolut inte lilltjejens favorit!
Nu hoppas vi att febern försvinner så vi kan fira lite helg utan baciller

Yoga with adriennes "yoga camp" is on my to do list now. I did "30 days of yoga" before but " yoga camp" is more deep, focusing on the breath and affirmation.
Its really amazing and i am looking forward to my next practice.
A few days of bad feeling has gone by, but its ok!
Life has ups and downs and i always have ups in the weekends.
Had a great day with my parents and family today!
Yoga always help me to let go of stress and anxiety. So to stick with my practice is the key of letting go of things that dont serve me anymore.

Woke up crazy early to start work at 08.
Need atleast 3 hours in the morning getting ready for work.
Hate to stress in the morning, so i always plan for a nice breakfast, reading the newspaper, practice yoga, get dressed and make up.
And some cozy time with my girlie 😍.
That nice start gave me an awesome day, but feeling sleepy now 😴😴😴

I had a really shitty week but it ended in a good way! Had some family time, the best thing to get you in a better mood. Yesterday we visited my parents for a easter meal and the whole day was perfect!
Today i had some girlie time with yasmine, she was happy in the sun! She was so happy for her new pink bike!
Next week is going to be awesome 🙌🙌
