The sun I unbeliveble! At first the sun was killing me, I got such a headace and my skinn got so red from the sun. But my body has gotten use to it by now. Today I haven’t done that much, it’s Saturday so no school today, and to be honset I really like it. I have done nothing today exept trying a new popular dish. The dish is called : Cape Malay chicken curry with yellow rice, I think I’m in love, it tasted so good. I actually think that I like it more than Bobotie. The dish containing the aromatic spices such as cinnomon, saffron, turmeric and chilli.

If you are a teenager like i’m, i think you would like the school ”times”. You start about 07:30 AM every day and the school ends at about 02:00 PM everyday. Compared to the schools in Sweden is this paradise. The weather is not always the same, it depends on the season. South Africa is so beautiful and it’s such a intresting country, you can do so much here. You can go down to the Congo Caves and se the beautiful cave from inside while you are underground. I mean that´s pretty awesome and the good thing is that thats´s not the only cool thing you can do here in South Africa. You can visit a nationalpark called Kruger nationalpark, the park is one of the worls richest animal. It’s approximately 345 km long ,54 km wide and cover a area that is approximatley

20 000 square kilometer, taht´s amazing. Another reason why you should visit South Africa is something called Cape town, Cape town is South Africas second lagest metropolitan area. Cape town has it all, the beaches, the mountains, harbos and gardens.

Today is my second day at school in south africa, I have mixed feelings. I’m so exited but I’m also very nervouse. The first day went pretty good but I haven’t made any friends yet. At first I was afraid that I would be judged because of my clothes but that worked out well because you are supposed to wear a school uniform. Which we didn’t have in Sweden. I love the uniform I think it’s classy. Another intresting diffrens between South Africa and Sweden is that in Sweden we have two terms. But the schools in South Africa have four terms. Do you want to know somethimg intersting? It dosen’t matter I’m going to write it anyway. Do you know that prescholl is split up to two grades; a Pre -Grader for children up to four years. Theere is a other “Grade” to; Grade R for five and six year – olds. In both grades children attend language, mathematics, arts and moore. Now I’m just going to put in my school computre in my bag and then ride my bike yo school. The school days in South Africa starts at about 07:30 AM and it’s already 07.20 AM so I have to get going so I won’t get late. It takes me like 10 minutes to get to school. My school day ends at 02:00 PM every day. So the dyas are not very long. That’s a very posetive thing because then you can work intensively insteed of gettingt tierd and work slow. In Sweden we had longer school days.

I have just arrived to South Africa, it’s amazing. I came to South Africka in the right time and the right season. It’s one negative thing though, the sun gives me such a headacke. But I’m getting a really good sunburn. Now I’m on my way to a resturant. I’m not sure where I’m going to eat but I would like to try one of South Africas speacells. I think that I’m going to search for a resturand that serves one of South Africa’s top 10 dishes. I specelly want to try one dish with the name Bobotie. It’s one offical national dish of South Africa. Bobotie is a ground beef whith sultanas and eggs. After I have eaten I think I’m just going to go home to my family.
