I went to the gym today, because I lost my gym card I didn´t go there for a long time. I focused mostly on arms both with machine and free weights. While I were training triceps a girl came me to me and said I was doing it wrong and might injure my back if I train like this. She said I should have my arms closer to my body, so I did like she said and it felt much better. I also did some squats and lunges.

Idag åkte jag ner till stan och var på gymmet i ca 35 min, jag planerade dock att vara där i en timme men kände mig trött så det blev inte så. 

Det här gjorde jag:

40 squats

30 hipbridges

10 min kondition 

maskin armar

Det kändes bra att träna idag med tanke på att jag inte gjort det sedan jag var sjuk. Ser fram emot nästa pass!
