Gick skitbra idag faktiskt, är väldigt stolt över att vi drog till gymmet trots fullt schema haha (så blir bara ett inlägg på svenska idag för det tar för lång tid att översätta, sorry)

Sorry for a bad blogging at my part. But I have been in hospital for 6 days + now I'm just not working out. Why? Cuz I have a fracture in my back that needs to heal before I can start working out again . But don't lose focus, even if I have been eating shit now when I'm sick, I just want to go back to my old habits now and workout.. So soon it will be more blogging from me...

I just want to say I love all my friends that have been supporting me now when I have been sick, and Jennifer u are my truly best friend That came every day and visited me at the hospital . U are soooo amazing &

I started with LCHF thanks to my sister. She had just started with it too after she had her first baby last year. LCHF - helped me lose weight and stop eating unhealthy. I do not like candy, chips, fat food and soda. I have really trouble eating cakes too haha and that's all thanks to LCHF.
So Yeah, I thank my sister and LCHF nowadays when it comes to my eating habits. It is a great feeling that you don't have to eat and eat all these disgusting things like candy and chips.. 
LCHF is something I will always eat, the only time I won't eat LCHF is in Italy haha because I gotta eat Italian Pasta! ;)

Har ätit detta i några veckor nu och det är så fruktansvärt gott att jag inte skulle kunna leva utan denna frukosten haha
/Been eating this for a couple of weeks now and it is so damn delicious that I wouldn't be able to live without this every morning

It's not always easy to get yourself back to the gym. The only thing that you want to is to lay in your bed/sofa and watch your favorite serie you've seen 50 times already and eat your favorite candy. I'm saying this; When you have stopped doing this and been at the gym at least 2-3 times every week you will be restless and your body screams out of pain, not because you slept on the wrong side or whatever, the only way to make that type of pain go away is to workout.

5 tip on how to get you motivated in the gym again

1. Ask a friend to start working out with you. You both will motivate each other to do those five extra push ups. And also you will be able to build up a plan together.
2. Build up a plan for yourself. What do you want to achieve in the gym.
3. Realize that you will feel better when you workout and do not care about the other people around you because no one is actually staring at you in a negative way or looking at you anyway because they are there to workout, as much as you are.
4. Buy some awesome new workout clothes!
5. Make a list on your Spotify with music that makes you want to workout even harder!

Today is a new week, a new lovely week! That have a lot of fun things happening. But today it's also the first day me and Jennifer will try boxing. It will be so fun, love boxing and its a perfect workout for your hole body. Every little piece of your body works out If u do boxing.

This morning I had the best breakfast, always good to start the day with a nice and lovely breakfast. I eat strawberries with some banana and milk.

We wanted to create this blog about fitness and health to inspire others.

Both of us haven't always been the type of girls who enjoy working out..😜 but last week we decided to not sit on our asses at home but actually take our asses to the gym and do something with our lives. So here we are starting this blog as a diary for us and others who struggles with what we went through.
