I started wearing makeup at the age of 16, it was not much, but enough. A experimenting eyeliner, mascara and concealer... Sometimes bronzer. But foundation however, i could not stand the look of it on my me, i felt like it was not me in the mirroe when i tried it.
But I then started wearing it irregularly in the 2nd year of high school, I think I would be around 17. And fortunately because of the late age I somehow skipped the "awkward orange face" stage, maybe because I naturally had this beautiful golden skin.
I tried my fair share of foundation and then I found my one true love: Nars Sheer Glow foundation. This foundation has never disappointed me, it has a light to medium coverage and sits on your face like skin. It has also been the ONLY foundation line that has had my exact same skin colour/ skin tone, and that's something that is not often seen. BUT, i seems so transfer on people when you hug them or make any sort of contact with them, trust me, I learned the hard way, but its nothing that can't be fixed with a little setting powder. So if you have dry to combination skin, want a natural finish and LOVE that poppin' glow, you should indeed try this foundation found at:
Sephora, ILLUM(Denmark, de har alle farver herinde), ASOS and Feelunique.
and is retailed for: 44€/330kr/39GBP*
