I just moved to Salzburg so I thought it was maybe too soon to write a post about it.

I am therefore dedicating my first post to my last trip - in love - in Portugal.

We went to Lisboa at the end of May for almost a week. I would say that it is the perfect amount of time to visit the city. Less, you’ll run out of time and more, you’ll run out of money. Ok, maybe not, Lisboa is quite cheap after all. But if you’re like me and you want to taste every Pastel de Nata you’re crossing, then you might be running out of money after a week!

Before visiting Lisboa, I would advise you to make a list of the most famous places you want to visit. Except that, the best thing to do is to get lost. Yes, I’m talking to you planner addict! There are many beautiful monuments and places you will never find without a map but once you’ve visited all of them, let yourself move to rhythms of the city of the seven hills.

Lisboa will take your breath away.

You’ll be amazed by the beauty of mosaics, by the colorful houses, by the small yet flowery balconies. Yes, this city will captivate you, and I'm not even talking about the food yet. Think about the most delicious Ceviche, the most satiating brunch and the most refreshing ice-cream. All these delights will be at your fingertips.. if you’ve deserved it!Yes darling, visiting Lisboa means walking until your breath is taken away (I never said this would be easy ☺︎). But do not worry. If you’re not the walking type, the city offers a great transport service which will give you the opportunity to try the now famous Tram 28.

Where to go?

⭐︎ Best nice-cream: Gelateria Nannarella

⭐︎ Best brunch: Nicolau

⭐︎ Best Ceviche: La Cevicheria - This place is amazing but seating is limited so pre-book few days before!

⭐︎ Best Ceviche nº2: El Clandestino - They also have guacamole and who do not like guacamole?

⭐︎ Best Fado: Fado Em Si - Very expensive but WOW. Worth every cent.

⭐︎ Crush: LX Factory - Eat, drink, chill. Just go there.

⭐︎ Wine: Garrafeira Nacional

⭐︎ Mosaics: By Nunes

Don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions or if you just want to say hi!

xoxo - Cécilia ♡
