It is no secret that I really love to travel!
I feel best when I know where the next vacation is, and where we are going.
I have found some places/countries I really like to visit in the future.
I think almost all people that haven't been in New York, want to go. It's just a place I have to go, and as sooner as better. I really want to experience New York! The Empire State Building, all the skyscrapers, central park, The Statue of Liberty, Times Square and I could continue on things I want to see in New York.
I'm a big fan of Gossip Girl, so I diffidently have to see some of the places from the series.
I really want to go to California. Discover Hollywood, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, California Beach and so on. I want to see Golden-gate bridge, San Francisco Bay, Universal Studios Hollywood, experience some of the Nationals Parks and beaches.
I'm a big fan of The O.C., so I also want to see some of the places from the series.
I have been to Australia for 2 months, 4,5 year ago, and I diffidently want to go back. I only went to the east coast last time. The next time I want to go to the west coast, south coast and of cause the middle. I want to see Uluru or Ayres Rock, Perth, Adelaide, Penguins Island, and I could continue on things I want to se in Australia. I diffidently also want to see some of the things at the east coast again, among other The Whitsundays Islands, Sydney, Great Ocean Road (not on the east coast, but still wanna go there again), Bondi Beach and yeah I just want to go there again.
Stunning beaches, cold drinks, tan, Palms, do I have to say more?
Actually I don't know a lot about Bali, I just know I want to go there. I want to see some of the Monkey parks, see some of the Temples, and just relax at the beautiful white beaches.
I want to stay at one of the resorts, that is placed in the middle of the water, where there only are small bridges between the cabins. I want to go diving and see all the beautiful fishes and corals. I just want to get the atmosphere you see on the pictures from the Maldives. The crystal blue and clear water, the blue sky that has another blue color then normal. The Maldives just looks amazing.

I have made a "little" vlog from our ski trip to Idre Fjäll, Sweden.
It was an amazing trip, lots of snow, lots of skiing, great food, family time and a lot more.
I actually don't have so much more to say about it.
Take a look, and I hope you enjoy it!
I really love Danish tartlets!
I felt over this recipe at www.alt.dk and I just had to try it.
Normally it takes really long time to make tartlets, but with this recipe it only takes 25 minutes. It's really easy to make and it actually tastes really good.
500 g chicken breast
25 g butter
250 g green asparagus
1 1/2 dl chicken stock
1 1/2 dl cream 9 %
2 tsp. cornstarch
Dill (fresh or dried)
Salt and pepper
Cut the chicken in small squares. Clean the asparagus and cut them in small pieces as well.
Melt the butter in a pot and fry the chicken (not brown) for a few minutes. Add the asparagus and frey for some few more minuts.
Add the chicken stock and make it boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Smooth it with the cream mixed with the cornstarch. Add dill, salt and pepper and taste it.
Warm the tartlets in the oven.
Dinner is served! So easy and so great!

I have found some things I would like in our new home.
It's no secret that I really look forward to we are moving on day. I don't think there goes one day, where I don't think about new stuff I want for the house or things I look forward to. There are so many things that will get so much more easier. So of the things I'm considering buying before we are moving. Especially the chairs, the plads, the glass and the bedsheets.
I really like all off the things, but I'm not sure Christian will agree on all of them.
We will see!
A lot of things happen right now, and I'm sorry that the last couple of weeks have been a bit quiet.
As you may know I have just started a fulltime job. You can read about my new job here.
I have been really tired after I started working 37 hours a week (actually a bit more). For 6 months I have been sleeping about 10 hours or more a day, and now I only sleep for 7 or 8 hours + I have to get up to work 5 days a week. It's a new rhythm I have to learn, and hopefully it will not take as long time as last time.
I'm not complaining about my work or anything, I'm just trying to tell you guys why, the blog has been a bit quiet and maybe will be it for some weeks or months, I don't know yet.
I really love my blog and I will diffidently not stop blogging.
I love spending time at the couch, writing. It's kind of a getaway, where I can write about everything that I want to.
At the blog, I can be myself. I just have to plan my blog posts, and make a lot of posts when I have the time.
I hope you understand, and I hope a lot of you still wants to follow my life and my blog, even the posts will not come every second day, as they normally did.
When there is a quiet period at the blog, you can always take a look at my Instagram @trinejacobsendk
I post new pictures everyday!

Nelly.com have a campaign right now, where you an get 20% of everything.
I have found some of my favourite, I think I have showed you some of the things before, but I haven't been shopping so much lately.
I kind of have a "thing" with pink/rosa clothes and things right now, and I think, I have to think about not buying to much in that color. It's so such a lovely color and kind of summer-like.

Friday after work I went to the post office to pick up a packed. I didn't know what was in it. I only knew it was from Kompas Kommunikation.
I love all these blogger packed, you never know what in it until you open it.
This time it was products from Santa Maria. Santa Maria really have a lot of nice spices, and they just made a new kind. It's pastes with different taste - it's brilliant! So smart and so easy!
Beside these 5 paste, I also got a little bag with chia seeds, a little bag with almonds, 2 bowls from House Doctor, 2 gold spoons from Aida and a recipe for a smoothie bowl.
I had to make the smoothie bowl immediately, cause for a really long time I have wanted to try it. Unfortunately I didn't have all the ingredients, but only one thing was missing, so I made it anyway.
The recipe for this smoothie bowl:
One handful of frozen berries - your choice
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. Santa Maria Ginger paste
2 dl. water (or soy-, rice-, or other kind of milk)
Toppings: different kind of nuts or seeds
Then you just have to blend everything together, put it into a bowl, add toppings and it's ready!
Really quick, easy and so good!
I didn't have an avocado, so this smoothie bowl is made without avocado. I have to try it with avocado, but it's also really good without.
Christian and I are moving to Fredericia some day when everything fall into places.
We have decided that we are going to buy a house or build a house. Hopefully the bank allows us to build a house, which would be perfect.
I really can't want until we are moving, and I have found some of the thing I look forward to
- We will get our own washing machine, and we don't have to share it with anyone.
- There will not be any young people partying Thursday, Friday and Saturday with loud music (sorry for being a bit old)
- We will get so much more space for everything. And we don't have to store thing under the bed or on the top of the cupboards.
- Christian will get his own room to his computer, so it doesn't have to be in the living room.
- I will get a walk-in closet, and maybe my own office
- We will get something permanent to live in. We now that we have to moving from the apartment someday soon, so we don't have any pictures or posters on the wall. It will be good with a place where we can stay for as long as we want to.
- You don't have to think about the fact, that there are other apartments all way round you. In a house you only have your neighbours, which are minimum 5 meters away.
- There will always be a parking spot for our car, and it will always be right in front of the house.
- When we get a house, we need some more furniture's. Perfects for some more shopping ;)
- We will get one or two extra rooms for my parents or other people, so that can stay and will get their own room. Right now people have to sleep in our living room.
- We will get our own garden
I hope we will know a bit more about our moving project soon, and I promise I will tell you guys if we find something.
This post will be on danish.
Ren pay it forward flower love.
Hop ind på min Instagram Trinejacobsendk og deltag i konkurrencen om en super fin buket.
Vinderen findes tirsdag aften (14.02.2017).
