Just finished a webinar eduction, it was so interesting and I love how flexible my job is!
Schoolday in Arcada went by fast, started 9 am with educationinformation and finished 3 pm with tour guiding, so it was a pretty relaxing day, that's for sure! We are almost 300 students in health and welfare, awesome!
I really enjoy my time so far in this new hometown! Discovered on this evening pw some new places (and a new jogging route). 😄

Also at day 7 on my program which is great!
Breakfast: Shake (Chocolate taste ultra powder + almond milk) + Aloe Vera gel + vitamin
Lunch: Chickensallad
Snack: Apple, grapes, fiber
Dinner: Shake
Evening: Apple, grapes

Time for bed! Sleep well! ✨

Hi there! ☀
What a great weather! And I'm finally on my way to Helsinki after two busy days! 😄
I've been packing my last stuff like crazy, cleaning the apartment and so on, thankfully my dad came to help move my stuff!
I really slept well this night at my dad chaos place right now because of my stuff, (sorry dad, love you) and got to spend some quality time with him yesterday, we took eveningwalk to his gardening place and checked out his plants. I can't believe he has had that garden for about 10 years?? I'm gonna miss that place, it's so pretty!
Anyways I'm really thankful that c9 program have been going well, yesterday i ate some extra calories because my dads cooking smelled all over the house, and I can never resist his delicious food haha, but otherwise I've been sticking to the program and I really feel good! I have been approving my water drinking and it really has helped my sweetcrave and headache to decrease!

Breakfast: Coconut milk and proteinpowder - smoothie, Aloe Vera and vitamin&koffein supplement
Lunch: Chicken and fishsallad
Snack: Water and clementine
Soon dinner: Same smoothie as in breakfast
Later evening snack: Water + apple, clementine

School or info day starts tomorrow and I can't wait! Excited and a bit nervous haha!

​I can't believe day 3 on my c9 journey is almost done!
​Yesterday was a really good day, I slept well (good sleep good mind, right?), did some streching and prepared my meals for almost the whole day. I've really started to appreciate meals preparing, it really helps you to stick on your daily routines and specially when you're not home! In the afternoon I went with my good friend to Stjärnhallen in Nykarleby to watch floorball. You know you're struggling when you can't sit still watching, you just wanna take your floorballstick and play, well that's how I felt for the entire time watching two games. 😄 ​Pretty much all I did later was meeting other friend, went grocery shopping, continuing packing my stuff and took some finished packed boxes to my dads place.
​Today has been also a great day, kinda relaxing day as well, went on bike riding with my dad and my little brother who is not so little anymore, he is now on second grade in primary school (!). Cooked a yummy meal to me and my friend, met another friend, yeah I spent some time with my friends and continuing packing my stuff.

Hey guys! 🙋 Sorry for not being so active at blogging! These last days I've been packing my stuff and preparing to move to Helsinki! Thankfully, I got an apartment from Hoas and I'm going to share the it with two other students! I'm so excited! 🙏👏

To challenge myself at this moving-time, I started our c9 program, more about c9 and F.I.T. read here and why I wanted to kickstart my body is really to be healthier, to feel better and have more energy (especially when winter is coming). 😄 There's no such thing as perfect timing and I'll to my best at these 9 days and sharing my programjourney and thoughts along with you guys! 😊

Day 1: The first two days are the hardest, mainly because you're changing your eating habits, getting less calories than you're used to. In other words you're fasting these two days, which is the most important stage in this program, otherwise you will not lose bodyfat and liquid. So it's normal to feel weak and tired! And yes I have been feeling both of them most in the morning, I tend to eat quite a lot in the morning, so my body was not ready for a calorieless meal! 😂 With less calories than normal, I only did yoga in 15-20 minutes, to activate my metabolism and really finding balance this day. 👌

Hello guys! ☀
Yes, I'm writing IN ENGLISH, why? Because, I've got swedish, finnish and vietnamese speaking readers and I felt (and still feel) it would be fair enough for everybody to really understand my posts! 😊 Unfortunately my english is not that great, I have very poor vocabulary, so I'm sorry, but I'll absolutely try my best! This is going to be fun and a bit challenging! 😄
So what have I been up to since my last post?
I've been working from home and at the store, spending time with family and friends, working out, but not as much as I want to, I been having flu, and last time I had flu, I started train too early and the flu came back and it got worse than it was in beginning, not fun! So I've learned to really listen to my body and it's truly important to listen and take care of yourself, because let's be honest what's your health worth to you?? Too me, it's my number one priority and I hope it's the same for you! 💛💙💜💚❤
Alrighty! I thought it would be fun to put some facts about me, so here it is: 😄

  1. My favourite color is blue (to be exact, sky-blue and turquoise)
  2. I talk to myself sometimes
  3. I peed in my pants at fifth grade
  4. I've never watched Games of Thrones
  5. I cannot breaststroke and I'm scared of deep water
  6. The first time I went on a rollar coaster was last summer
  7. I never been in my parents homeland Vietnam (but I reaaally want to)
  8. I have, what I like to call bunny teeth
  9. I have two amazing half siblings
  10. I asked Mia and she mentioned: ¨social, happy, positive, brave and warmhearted¨

Hejsan vänner! Hoppas allt väl! Tänk att vi befinner oss i slutet av juni månaden, det är helt galet! :)
Förra veckan hade jag semester och det var skönt och välbehövligt faktiskt, att bara få vara, njuta av nuet, ta det lugnt, jobba lite, äta gott och umgås med vänner och familj. Har hunnit med ganska mycket ändå, på torsdag begav jag och mina kollegor till firmafesten i Mölndal utanför Göteborg, vilket vi har längtat till ända sedan vi beställde biljetterna i våras!
Jag vet inte hur jag skall beskriva helgen i Göteborg/Mölndal, kan helt enkelt inte förstå ännu hur lyckad jag är att få jobba ett företag som denna som bjuder på massa möjligheter som jag bara skulle drömt om innan!
Kunde inte sluta att le, att få vara med mina bästa kollegor, träffa/se andra glada människor, bra musik, bra stämning, bra mat, bra föreläsningar, ett helt enkelt obeskrivligt bra firmafest som jag är så himla tacksam över att ha fått vara med på. 🙏

God morgon på er! 🌞 Härligt att få sova ut ordentligt! Börjar dagen med att dricka super dunken aloe vera gel berry nectar som är min favoritsmak och tar sedan en probiotica, dessa två hjälper bland annat min mage att komma igång! Och ärligt så vet jag inte vad jag skulle göra utan dunken, har mått så mycket bättre av den! 🙏  Jag bloggar gärna skilt om den så får ni mera detaljerad information så det inte blir för mycket här! 😄  Åt sedan gröt med blåbär och äpplen + apelsin-mango havredryck i gröten (så gott!) Vet inte varför bilderna blev sådär, kanske för att jag bloggar från telefonen? 😄 Inleder också min andra och näst sista lediga dag och är otroligt tacksam över att jag får njuta av en solig och fin vårdag även idag! Snart skall jag ta itu med dagens pass, intervaller och så blir det lite jobb hemma, bakning och senare träffa mina fina vän! Ha en riktigt bra dag! 😊🌸

Godkväll (och snart godnatt för min del)!
Men innan jag går och lägger mig vill jag berätta om ''nyheten'' som jag nämnde om i förra blogginlägget.
Jag har alltid tyckt om att springa, dock inte om långa sträckor (vilket för mig räknas det längre än 7km ungefär).
Och senast förra sommaren, efter att fått vara med om heta sommardagen, då Jakob maraton ordnades, beundrade jag över alla som deltog. Galet som det låter med tanke på värmen just då, tänkte jag att det skulle vara roligt att utföra halv- och helmaraton inom snar framtid. Så för ca 3 veckor sedan, bestämde jag och Mia att vi skulle delta i halv- och helmaraton!
Idag började vår 8 veckors träningsprogram innan tävlingsdag och dagens pass var att springa 6km (snittempo 6:00-7:00), vilket jag tyckte att det var helt passligt att börja med!
Det ar det jag hade att berätta, tack o gonat!
