This evening I'll be leaving Copenhagen. I'm going to be in Milan for about a month. I'll promise to keep you guys updated when I'm there.
These pictures are from Tuesdays shoot with Nanna. I know I look like a painting or something haha, but don’t they look artsy? I wore my new favorite sweater I got for Christmas.

It's no lie... I'm not dreaming of staying in Copenhagen forever. I've always been fascinating of other countries, their different life style, food, the people and most of all the surroundings. I feel Denmark is too small for me. Not that it's bad country, I mean we do get a high salary, free education and health care. But I couldn't be more ready to make a big change for myself. I want to move, become more independent and grow as a person. Lastly to work my way up to achieve my goals in life.
My biggest dream is to become a fashion stylist and until recently I just discovered that in Milan you can actually get a bachelor degree in Fashion Design. Which is amazing! I feel at home there already. It wouldn't be a problem for me to have a place to stay while I'm studying. As you might know I have relatives and a boyfriend who lives there. This future plan is actually quite new. Just one month ago I had different one. Before I researched on google for schools and courses I was sure I wanted to take the fashion course here in Copenhagen and start in January next year. But I’ve changed my mind and I really hope it's possible. I’ll see what happens, one step at a time.

Nanna and I newest fav place to eat lunch, Apollo bar in Copenhagen. How delicious does that blueberry ricotta toast look? Am I right? ;-)
Fall season has arrived, not really a fan of it... since it means the temperature is decreasing and it's getting darker each day. It can be cozy at times though. When you just lay under your blanket with a movie and hot tea. But most of all the changing weather can easily change your mood. I don't think I'm only speaking for myself when saying this, that's why it's important for me to spend time with family and friends. Stay active, do some exercise or whatever that makes you a little more happy. It will help your mood a lot.
Our second photoshoot with Frank Galang. This time we chose Duomo as the location. Typical, but you can't avoid taking the classic picture in front of the church when you're in Milan hehe.
Our outfits were supposed to be more casual and street. So I tried my best. People who know me, knows that I'm not really a street girl. Which is why I borrowed Philip's Supreme shirt for the shoot. His closet are full of the coolest t-shirts, ripped jeans and every kind of street wear. So opposite of me. Can't help that I've always been a classy girl. He is still a big inspiration for me though. I love seeing the way he puts an outfit together.
I must say I already miss Milan, it's like my second home. Hopefully in a few years I'll be able to move there together with my boyfie. Who knows?
Have a cozy evening my dear readers,
Sorry for the absence on my blog lately, I've been planning some stuff... but now I'm back with new pictures! I came back from Milan yesterday. I went there to visit my ldr boyfriend, who you might know is a big part of my life.
The days went so fast, I mostly spent half of the day at his home, waiting for him to get back from work. Even though he has a full-time job, it was all worth it. He woke up everyday at 4-5am just so he could be home earlier from work, so we could go out. Sweetest effort ever in my opinion.
It's been my 10th time to visit this amazing city and I must say I learn more and more about the Italian culture. It's definitely different compared to the danish. First off, Italians eats dinner later than we do. They eat from 8-11pm, where we usually eat around 6-8pm. Which makes sense, because most of their restaurants opens later than here.
WARNING if you are going to Italy: Do not use the Italian hand gesture for fun, strangers might get offended haha - it means ''What the heck are you saying?''
Btw I'm thinking about making a food guide for places to eat in Milan. Let me guys know what you think. Have a lovely weekend!
From left: Jonas (Kasper's twin brother), Kasper and the photographer arriving at the church
Starter: Smoked salmon with red cabbage, homemade pesto topped with dill, herbs and (the white thing? can't remember haha)
Wedding game: Mr. & Mrs. Shoe game (my idea actually)
Main course: beef tournedo with truffle sauce, grilled potato, spring onion and herbs
After the marriage ceremony: Throw rice (lots of it) at the newly married couple
Dessert: panacotta, sorbet, almond cake topped with cranberries and nuts
Last week my sister and my now brother-in-law Kasper, got married!! This was a very special day for them and for me as well. It's not every day your sister gets married.
The day started at my sisters apartment where me and the bridesmaids slept the night before the big day. We prepared ourselves and at 2.30pm our ride arrived. A freaking cool Rolls Royce from the 30s waited for us. It was the first time I ever tried to be in such an old car and I must say it was quite fun! Random people and drivers waved, smiled and honked at us.
When we arrived at the church at around 3pm the nervousness and excitement became bigger. I could feel that especially from my sister. She was about to say yes to the man that she would spend the rest of her life with. A whole new chapter in her life. I must say I got a bit emotional, even the other bridesmaids. I was the first one to walk down the aisle with the others behind me. It was a bit deja vu for me, since it was the same local church I got confirmated in. Same church and same pastor hehe.
Food time: Sorry baby I know you had food in your mouth while this pic was taken haha
After the ceremony we all went to the wedding reception. It was held in the old town Dragør at Restaurant Beghuset. We took some pictures and drank some wine, before Michelle and Kasper would arrive after their photoshoot.
Philip my ldr boyfriend came the day before the wedding. I was really happy that he could come and celebrate this day with my family. He even got to experience his first Danish wedding. The Danish culture is a bit different from the Italian, so it was fun for him to see our traditions here. Maybe we will do some of the same things at our wedding, one day haha. Well I actually caught the bouquet which I wanted to sooo... baby if you read this, you better go down on your knees soon and propose! Just kidding. Can't wait till it will be me, I can imagine how great it must feel. To get married to the love of your life.
Stay tuned for more!!
I'm finally back on the blog. It's been a while, since my sister just got married this weekend! It's was an unforgettable day filled with excitement, emotional feelings and most of all, love. Anyway stay tuned for my next blog post where you can read more about it.
Two weeks ago I won the t-shirt above from Munthe, through the danish blogger @mariakragmann instagram. Isn't it pretty cool? The quality of the garment is really on top. It's so soft and comfy, which I love! Plus when you buy the t-shirt you donate 100 kr. to charity. How great is that? You can find the t-shirt here.
I'm just really lucky these days and I have no idea why. Just the week before I won this t-shirt, I won a bike from SCO cykler via Copenhagen Fashion Week. It's just not assembled yet, which is why I can't show you guys. But maybe you'll see it in a future photoshoot, who knows?
Not to brag or anything but I have won 5 times in competitions this year. I was never lucky before, so it's like my luck has changed. It's kinda crazy... my friends think I cheat or something since I keep having luck haha.
Have you guys won anything this year?
Somehow I deleted my latest blog post by an accident :( and I can't get it back... It's so annoying when you have spent time on writing and then it's gone in 2 secs. Is there a possible way to get it back?
XX a sad and annoyed M
Jacket Zara // Shirt second hand // Pants second hand //Shoes Vans Old Skool // Bag Saint Laurent
A picture from today. I was wearing a shirt with short sleeves and then flare pants with a side slit at the end, both bought from a second hand market in my town. So cheap and never used! I especially love the pants since my bootaaayyy looks better in those haha. Anyway just a casual outfit that is wearable for a chill Sunday.
I hope you guys enjoyed the weekend!
