Hey guys, I know what you are all thinking .. I know it doesn't look that good but do looks really matter that much? I promised that I would post any food experiment of mine even if it didn't succeed so there you go ....

This was meant to become banana pancakes but I couldn't manage to keep them in the pancake shape! does that mean that it was disgusting? No!! absolutely not! this was probably this best thing I have ate since I turned vegan!! So instead of calling it banana pancakes I called it banana crumble.

Remember that the ingredients I put are just what I used but some can be replaced or not used at all. You can also double the ingredients if you are cooking for more than one person or if you like to eat more yourself :)

1 banana

1 cup of soy milk

3 cups of oatmeal

coconut oil (for the baking)

The making is as following:

-Blend the oatmeal in the blender till it gets powdery.

-Pour the soy milk in and blend it a again.

-Add the banana and blend it again till everything is mixed well together.

-Add some coconut oil to your pan and pour half the mixture in. (or all of it depending on your pan size)

-After 1 minute or so, flip the pancake (and if you are me it will break in little pieces and become a crumble :P)

-After it's all brown and ready do the other half of the mixture the same way.

-When you are done with the second portion, put the first one back in the pan and cover it with the lid so it can warm up again and they both become the same temperature (you can clean the mess while it's warming up as making this make A LOT of mess :s)

-When you are done serve it on a plate and add whatever you want to it! I covered it with date syrup as you can see in the picture.

-Last step is to enjoy this meal and love being a vegan because it's awesome ;)

Love you all xoxo

Hello guys, in my 'what I ate today' post I promised that I would post the date smoothie recipe, so there you go ... A 2 ingredient delicious easy quick energy giving date smoothie :)

The two ingredients are basically water and dates.

To fill these two smoothie jars I used 9 dates and around 250ml of  water, blended them up, poured them in my smoothie jars and enjoyed drinking them while watching a TV series.

Some of you may ask 'why don't you just eat 9 dates?' Well the answer is, I don't like the taste of water but it is very important to drink enough water throughout the day, so instead of being disgusted while drinking water or not drinking it at all (which both are worse than each other) why not just blend it with some dates that I was going to eat anyway and make drinking water enjoyable!!

I hope you guys enjoyed this, love you all xoxo

Hello you guys, as I promised I posted a 'what a ate today' :) This is my first one as I only created this blog yesterday and also only turned vegan yesterday ..

I always like to start my day with a cup of lemon water! You basically just squeeze some lemon in a cup and pour hot water on it or you can use a ready squeezed lemon bottle like I do.

Breakfast- For breakfast I had an apple, a pear, 1/4 of a honey melon and 1/4 of that green melon (which you can see in the second picture and it the third picture you can see it all chopped up)..

Lunch- I drank two date smoothies which I'll post the recipe of once.

Dinner- I was really hungry so I had two servings of that pasta plate (fifth picture) I will also post the recipe of it once because it is slightly different to the pasta recipe I posted yesterday!

Snack- After dinner I went out for about 3 hours and when I came back I felt like I wanted a snack so I had some peanut butter crackers and some hummus ones with some cherry tomatoes.

I hope you enjoyed this and please feel free to send me any feedback, comments, messages or ideas (:

Love you all xoxo

Today I experimented a simple and easy but delicious all vegan and healthy meal,

Carrots, organic whole grain pasta, olive oil, tomato passata, avocado, salt and pepper.

You don't have to use the exact same ingredients (for example: different oil, different tomato sauce or different pasta) but these ingredients are just what I used. You can also use the amounts you want depending on how hungry you are or on how many people are eating from it. I didn't make a lot because I was snacking before it with some peanut butter crackers so I wasn't that hungry. I had this with some salad with olives and nuts in it but I didn't post that because I am pretty sure you all know how to cut vegetables :P

The making is as following:

-Cut some carrot in a pan and add some water.

-Let it boil till it gets all soft and sweet while you're making your pasta.

-Mash some avocado in a bowl with a fork.

-Pour a drop of olive oil in a baking pan and let it heat for like 5 seconds.

-Add the tomato sauce and the avocado and mix it all together.

-After like a minute and a half add the pasta to it, mix it well and leave it for about 3 minutes.

-Put the pasta on a plate, add the carrots and add some salt and pepper.

-Mix it well and enjoy the delicious healthy high carb vegan dinner xoxo
