This week when I have autumn holiday I´ve been thinking, like really a lot. About school and if I really chose the right school and the right education. I like to bake a lot but I don´t know if it´s enough for doing it for my hole life. Because the bigger part of me want to live a healthy life. Food that actually sounds more fun to me. So many different ways to make food, I can do healthy food. Next year I believe we had to choose pastry cook,chef of serv food. But I don´t even know if I choose the right school. Or the right education. Maybe I´m just in a perid where nothing feels right. I belive that it´s a phase.

I miss my grand-grandmother Inga, I was awake this night and thought of her. What she smelled like and the way she talked. What she looked like and If she looked the same before she died. Before she died I had not met her for a while. Almost a hole year, I did´nt even know that she had cancer. I don´t know what was the last word she said before she was gone. I miss the smell she had, it smelled newbaked cookies and coffee. It smelled nice. I can´t believe that she´s really gone and that we never said goodbye. It hurts inside me, it really burns in my stomach.  I wanted to say goodbye. But I did´nt make it in time. I hope we will meet again my lovely Inga! 


Today I don´t think I´m going to the gym, I´m just going to swim because I feel like my body need to rest a little bit. On Sunday I´m going to the gym anyway! Today I´m going to bake a cake because it´s halloween tomorrow and I wanted to make a cake. Yesterday I was at the swimming hall twice, first at the gym and swimming and then later on me my mom and dad went and swam. It was so cozy. It was for adults only but I was so nice and calm so I was allowed to enjoy the evening with my wonderful parents in the swimming pool! I´m going to cuddle with my siblings now..

I just love these owls that my mom bought home to decorate our house with! They are so cute aren't they? Today I woke up at 6 again and I did´nt feel hungry at all which is pretty weird since I have been working out and been active every day. I went downstairs anyway to see what my smaller siblings were doing since they wake up so early in the morning. Then I walked up to my room and watched some youtube to get the time going because I wanted to eat my breakfast! So I watched a few episodes on youtube called "Pregnant week for week" it´s actually called "Gravid vecka för vecka" in Swedish. Right now I have been eating my breakfast, Oatmeal and a fruit and water of course, you can´t forget the most important thing in life. Later today I´m going to the gym but first I need to babysit my smaller siblings because my mom is going to the store for some shopping! I did a workout plan yesterday about which days I can go to the gym and go and the times I have to workout at home because of to long school days. I also started with a meal plan but it´s not finished yet.

*30 minutes on the treadmill for a warm up.

*40 arms (2 different positions) with weights 9-16kg
*80 legs (40 of each position) with weights 16kg
*40 abs with weights 16kg

Stretch and then wash off and start to swim. I swam 30 lengths today to (10 of each breast,back and crawl) I am pretty happy with my result for today!

Today I woke up 6 in the morning like every other morning but today it was different, my lovely little sister became 13 years today! Happy Birthday Tilde I hope you had the best birthday ever and I want you to know that I love you to the moon and never back! The first thing I did when I woke up was to do my laundry because I had to much clothes that needed to get clean. Every teenage out there, you know the struggle. Anyway the laundry went pretty well and so did the rest of the day. After the laundry was done I walked with my mom to the store to buy a present for my sister, we bought a winter jacket and some sweets because she also wanted something that she could eat all by herself. When I came home I packed my training clothes and bikini, took my bike to the swimming hall and started my workouts and I was there for about 3 and a half hour. I just love it. (you will get my workouts in another post). For dinner I ate Tacos, yum. After dinner my other sister Vendela started doing cake-pops I did a few for my own. Now I´m going to spend time with my family!

Today I had the best day ever, I was at the gym and I was swimming but still there is something inside me that makes me wanna yell and throw a plate into the wall. It literally hurts me to feel like this and not knowing why. It must be something. I feel sadness and anger, it might be because I miss my grand-grand mother or maybe that I feel like I betray myself not listening to myself. Do you have these days when you just want to cry for no reason? I feel like that now. It can´t "the girl stuff" because I had it last week. Is it  him? I unestly don´t know. There is so many things going on inside my head right now but I am still going to reach my goal, it might take time but I will be there.

Today I was Running at the gym at the swimming hall, I was running so fast that it felt like I was flying when I walked on the floor. After I ran on the treadmill I did workouts for my hole body:

Todays Workout Schedule:

*15 min treadmill

*20 arm (push your arms forward with weights)

*20 arm (have your elbows to the side, lifting your arms up and slowly back down with weights)

* 40 leg (sit down in 90 degrees pushing your legs forward with weights)

* 40 abs (sit down with your elbows forward holdig your hands back and slowly do a chrunch with weights)

* 30 lenghts (chest and back)

That was everything I did today at the gym and swimming hall! I hope you all had a great day!
