Yesterdays workout wasn't planned at all and turned out to be sweaty and different.
13 km bikeing, the first 8,5 km was intense and with good speed, then a pause and then the rest. Wouldn't really call the end as a work out, but the first part of it was crazy and my legs were sore and I was breating fast.
After the bike i went into the gym and did a fast workout.

Today i feel sore in my abs, very nice if you ask me!
