I will have my exams in some weeks and that make me stressed. Today I am going to tell you how I relax.
The best thing for me is to take a bath with lavender, a lot of bubbles and music from Spotify.
And I have a machine that you can put water with drops of essences and then it goes through the bedroom and leaves the smell.
Before go to sleep I hear music and see some videos in YouTube. Or I read some books, now I'm reading Love You and I'm loving it.
