It is all up to you! 
I have decided and got my self motivated to make my lifestyle abit more healthier !
How ?
Well i thought about it and i thought .... I am just like another person , i can be whatever i want to be and its all on me !
Its up to me how my lifestyle will look.
You cant expect to have a nice body if your not helping it , we are capable of so many amazing things all we have to do is want it and not let our excuses get to us. 

Some of us might wish to look like other celebrities just like I did..i am so anxious about my self that wherever i go i always look at others and compare my self, but WHY! We are all original and one in a million , we shouldn't want to look like someone else or even compare , because we are all individual and unique.
What i am trying to say that most of the celebs use their money to get what they have now, but if your a person like me and cant afford fake ass , you have to believe in yourself and start aiming (making a goal) to success !

I cant really inspire or motivate someone its all on you , you have your own brain and you should know the best .. I can be very lazy and i mean it but if i want something i am going to get it ! What i want is a nice summer body , better diet and healthier lifestyle and i know i am capable of doing this just like anyone else.

DIY body and face brown sugar scrub Recipe.
You will need :.

100%pure coconut oil.
Brown Sugar.
Raw Honey.
Olive Oil.
Lemon or Orange.
Little container.

Method:.
Put one tbs of coconut oil into the container.
one and half  tbs of brown sugar into the container.
one little spoon of raw honey,
one little spoon of olive oil ,
one little spoon of orange acid or lemon acid.
Mix it all together for at least 5 minutes.
Put it into the fridge for 10 minutes, after that it is all redy to use!
This scrub is amazing I use it every 2 days and it works wonders !
It has extra moisturiser and plenty of vitamins and is all natural product without any chemicals !

''Sad girls smoke a lot''

I am a girl, I smoke a lot ..I can be sad at times. But ! I don't smoke a lot because I am sad.I smoke because i am addicted to nicotine. I was raised by my parents who are both smokers.
Smoking is a pretty bad habit and I am going to be honest with you all, DO NOT EVER TRY IT!
I have started smoking at age 13-14, I am now nearly 19. That is nearly 6 years.
I've tried to quit , I am a very strong willed person and trust me to this day I still can not do it.
I tried some different tactics but i really cant stop smoking especially when I am surrounded by smokers on daily basis. 
It is too late for me to quit now , but if you are an early smoker , it will be easy for you so please do not waste your chance like i have . To those who are wanting to try it , Please,please do not try it .. It is disgusting , and it is awful what it does to your out side and inside your body.

Shopping, everyone loves shopping! Specially when you have been waiting two weeks for your payment ! Shopping is something special, for example it can cure different mental disorders such as ''depression'' or even '' anger managements''. This works because you spoil yourself , you buy whatever you want and it basically takes your mind of things. I love shopping but what is worse , it has one negative ..well maybe two. One of them is that you can become obsessed with it.Its called being a ''shopocholic'' , the other negative it has is that you  can spend absolute amount of cash on bad crap, without even realising it and then when you get home you realise how little you brought for how much , what quality it is and how crap it can make you actually feel.

Some times I wonder to my self what will happen in future when i will have a stable job and get a good amount of money. I am scared at the fact that I will become a shopocholic ! But I am not going to  exaggerate. 

My payment comes through every two weeks, so in the spare time I can go for hours through some apps and save items that I am wishing to buy. I mean it I can go for hours ! 
The thing is that whenever I do get paid I dont even spend it on the items I planned to spend it on.. its more of food I spend it on and less clothes, accessories and others. Like I really need to start organising my self and maybe then I will know , its just the fact when you actually see that your money appears in your bank account , you just dont know what to do with it .. sometimes i spend it on absolute crap, sometimes I dont even touch it until the next view  days and sometimes i can even go over my limit ! 

being a girl can be pretty hard ! ;)
