HI. HELLO!

Since my younger siblings are here visiting me, I wanted to make something delicious and healthy for them to eat as breakfast. Today I made a banana cake using my own ''recipe'' It taste amazing and you can't tell there's no flour in it at all! and above all of that, it's healthy. The first thing you'll have to do is to pre-heat the oven at 175C.

What you need for this recipe is..

  • 3-4 Bananas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1½ cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tbsp Baking soda/powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Blueberries (Optional)

Take a bowl and cut your bananas into smaller pieces. Mash the banana into a smooth texture with a fork. Add the eggs and mix well together. I used a stickblender to get a texture close to cake dough.

When you are finished with mixing the egg and bananas together, Take your dry ingrediens and blend well. If the dough is still ''watery'' you can add more oatmeal or Rice flour.

This is optional, but if you want a cake with different flavors, you can add some berries! I used Boysenaberries since I didn't have blueberries at home. You can also use raspberry or strawberries. But It'll become a lot sweeter if you do so, so be careful! Apples are also a option if you want a cake that taste similar to apple cake

Next, take any kind of oil or butter to lubricate the mold. I used coconut oil. Cover the mold with breadcrumbs.

Put the oven on 200C and have it bake for about 30-40minutes. Check every now and then so it won't burn.

And there you have it! Healthy glutenfree cake for your sweet cravings! If you want to you can add 1-2 tbsp of Cacao powder, and you'll have a chocolate banana cake! Just skip the Cinnamon and add the powder instead.

Hi!

So, as you might not know, I live by myself in a small apartment. I've always planned to not "waste space" by getting a worktable for my desktop computer.
I barely went on my computer because I had the screen on my nightstand and it felt uncomfortable sitting/laying while working.

So I finally decided to buy a small worktable that fit perfectly in a small corner!

And just by making it comfortable I get alot more work done, which is awesome!

Hey!

It's 1:35AM right now, and I'm blogging from my phone. If you didn't know coachella was this weekend (one of the most known festivals) and if you own snapchat you probably saw a few snaps from the festival itself.

It tottaly made me miss summer and think back about last year. I can't wait for this summer either since I got alot of plans. But right now we just have to be patient and wait for it.

Here are some pictu
res from last year.

I don't know about you guys, but I got a pretty big sweet tooth. Especially when watching movies. I love researching about healthier options and also experimenting with making snacks myself. Tonight I'll watch ''The imitation game'' which is a movie about skillfull codehackers during WWII. My friend suggested this movie to me and it seem to be pretty good.

Anyways back to the snack part. Berries and fruit are going to be your bestfriend if you want to eat healthy, yet something sweet to stop your cravings.

I recently found the ''Strawberries dipped in yogurt'' snack. I tried it out yesterday and it tasted amazing! all you need is...

- 200g Fresh strawberries

- 1 container of Greek Yogurt or Vanilla yogurt

All you have to do is to slice of the leef from the strawberries, Spoon the yogurt into a shallow dish, Dip the strawberries into the yogurt. Place the dipped strawberries in a plastic container lined with parchment paper and freeze. You won't be dissapointed!

Another snack I would love you guys to try is frozen grapes. Yes, frozen.grapes. They taste almost better frozen than fresh! (or in my opinion.) And what's good about frozen grapes is that you can use them as ice to cool your drinks! It won't water out your drinks as ice would, and you can also eat it after!

All you have to do is to put your fresh grapes into a plastic container, freeze them and enjoy. easy as that.

I have alot more recipes and food ideas coming up! so stay tuned!
