I am trying to be careful with buying "fast" food and pre-packed food. I have a friend who is eating 1-2 power bars daily and I don't know why she does it! I feel horrible eating those things. I don't know what's inside and it creeps me out that these bars does not get bad (what is in them?!).

SO - I recommend doing them yourself if you like power bars and if you fancy having a snack on the run.

It is so easy making them yourself. Just throw in some nuts and seeds of your choice, dates, apricots, some cocoa and coconut fat and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Ps. they might not look so fancy but they were delicious! ;)

Healthy stuff


What is your feelings about juice detoxing? Personally, I think it is really fun to try out something new and I can do it for a day, however I don't think you should do it in a "I hope I loose 2 kg" kind of way - it doesn't work that way. You may be able to cleanse your body and feel lighter after doing a juice detox however it is not a long term solution for loosing weight.

I tried Juice sunday a while ago and it was really nice juicer (specially vanilla sky hehe) but I was dying later in the evening, I was so hungry haha. Couldn't wait for the next day to come.

Healthy stuff, Smoothies and Juice


Bough a new mixer yesterday and I am so excited! I "accidently" broke my last one when I tried to make banana ice cream. I litterally set it on fire, haha. But it was a cheap one I had had for years, so it was time to step up. I actually wanted to buy a really good one, such as Blendtec or Vitamix but I decided to spend a little less money and save up for later on.

Well, this one can crush ice, make super smoothies, chop vegetables AND make juice :) So I think I made a good choice here. Hope this one will live up to my expectations

Fashion etc.


Bought these new pair of Converse the other day. I love them! I rarely buy black sneakers but these just fell onto my feet. I am thinking that these could go well when the snow is fading away and you can wear a thinner jacket again. Peeerrf.

Food and Recipes, Smoothies and Juice


Good morning all you lovely people out there.!

For me this is BBG day 4. I am starting off this morning by walking my mum's dog to work (about an hour walk). I will have the dog at my office the whole day, me so lucky!

Beginning my day also with a fabolous smoothie a la Greenhabits. I have made this simple recipe on my own (I am running an Instagram account called Greenhabits to inspire people to eat more healthy once in a while and mainly posting smoothie recipes). You find the recipe below. It tastes like icecream however, NO SUGAR in this magical smoothie.

INVEST MORE THAN GAINING LIABILITIES
My liabilities tend to, and this is a trend I think you all might recognize, increase along with my salary. I.e, even though I earn really good money for being 26 years old I still have the same amount of money left after paying rent etc as I did when I was earning 20 000 per month. Why? BECAUSE I KEEP INCREASING MY LIABILITIES. "I got a salary raise - now I can buy this expensive blabla" - stupid thinking. This is over now, I will start thinking about where I put my money and invest more long term.

NO MORE SMOKING
I do not smoke daily, it is just a bad habit when drinkning AND when I am sad, mad and angry. 2016 did me no good so this was frequent. No more 2017, no more.

EVALUATE AND EXPLORE MYSELF MORE
I tend to go more into routine when getting older, hehe, and I forget to evaluate myself. I have to get more in touch with my feelings to understand my reactions and behaviour. Along with this I will also try and recognize myself more, and appreaciate my good qualities. And finally, do not take shit from anyone.
