I am trying to be careful with buying "fast" food and pre-packed food. I have a friend who is eating 1-2 power bars daily and I don't know why she does it! I feel horrible eating those things. I don't know what's inside and it creeps me out that these bars does not get bad (what is in them?!).
SO - I recommend doing them yourself if you like power bars and if you fancy having a snack on the run.
It is so easy making them yourself. Just throw in some nuts and seeds of your choice, dates, apricots, some cocoa and coconut fat and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Ps. they might not look so fancy but they were delicious! ;)
