Yes I am home and this is my new favorite place in Stockholm. I know I am probably 100 years too late, buuuuuut I don't live here anymore and that is my excuse. The day was spent just working working working. But at least I got to do it here and end my day at NRC in Stckholm. Seeing my friends and getting the chance to hug my best friends again was the best feeling. Then getting the chance to come and have dinner with my boyfriend was just Golden. I slept like a rock. Not a baby. But a rock. Pretty much dead.

Do you know what 'Better For It' means?

This is a questions I get all the time. And also the first question I asked when I stepped through the Nike doors. Supposedly this is a typical english expression (that I have somehow missed... and supposedly the rest of the world... haha...) But better for it means; turning your Can't into a Can.

Challenging yourself doing something you think today is impossible. For me, being able to run a half-marathon is something I find myself cringing everytime I think of it. And the little devil on my right shoulder, literally falls of my shoulder from laughing so hard. But today, I said 'NO, I'M DOING IT!' and today the training starts. I will do this. And it will take me 14 weeks (according to the Nike+ Run Club App. DOWNLOAD IT!!!!) But I will do it. Why? Because I am better for it.

Last April I was laughing to the thought of even going out for a run. 7 weeks later I ran my first 10km race with the speed 54 minutes. So why wouldn't I be able to do this? I am 24 years old, and I am sure as hell not going to have excuses telling me I can't do something. I am a healthy, fit and mentally strong girl, I CAN DO ANYTHING. and so can you? What is your Better For It? It doesn't have to be a race. It can be learning to do the splits or hand stand or joining the trampoline team. It is up to you what you would like your Better For It to be. You have to remember, it is all in your head. You are born with a body with muscles craving to get challenged. Let it! Set a goal and work your ass of to get there.

Right after out NTC event with Dafne, we quickly ran over to do a Speed Run session at the Olympic Stadium together with the World Winner; Dafne Schippers. The night was such a great night. There is something about tracks. It has this special feeling and touch to it. I love it. Seriously, check out your city page on nike.com. (ex: nike.com/stockholm) and come and run with us! It seriously is the best way to get into running.

So this Friday NTC (Nike+ Train Club) had an event together with Dafne Schippers. 130 girls came and trained the dafne 'Core Control' workout, even though it's just a 12 minute work out. I can promise you that you will not need more than those 12 minutes, you know what I'm sayin'?!

No, but seriously, log on to the NTC app and try it out. So good! We had it at this really cool venue. Unfortunately this is the only photos I took. I will upload more soon. And as always, Lars Schilijng did an amazing job. He seriously is a maniac!!! hahaha

I don't want to brag or anything (maybe a little 😆🙈) but look at my arms!! I was sitting and cooling down from my work out and I was like daaaamn look at those arms!! Without flexing and just holding it in that position, these babies popped up!

Why this is coming as a surprise for me, is because I hardly ever have time to workout any longer. It has been really hard finding a spot do it in my daily agenda. I know it will come soon, but I am having a hard time with it actually. I miss working out a lot, since it is such a big part of who I am. Okay now I am making it sound like I never work out, which is not true. I go running and hit the gym 3 times a week. But I am used to 5-6 times! So it's a big step down for me. BUT! Now I have decided that even if I can only fit in 15-20 min workout, I will do it. It doesn't have to always be an 1,5h workout or 10km run, a 4 km run is better than no run. I think it is so important to keep that in mind. Just moving your body for a minute is better than no minute! It's always always always worth it. Don't forget that!

GOOD MORNING AMAZING PEOPLE!!! LOOK AT THIS! LOOK AT THIS MAGICAL MORNING. I  AM SO HAPPY, BECAUSE I OVERSLEPT THIS MORNING (THE ONLY DAY I HAD TO HAD TO HAD TO BE ON TIME, OF COURSE!) SO I WAS STRESSING AND GOT SO IRRITATED AT MYSELF, BECAUSE I MISSED MY WORKOUT THIS MORNING AND I HAD TO BE AT THE OFFICE 8:30. NOW I WILL BE 30 MIN LATE. BUT THEN THIS HAPPENED. IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SWEATING AND POUNDING HEART I LOOKED UP AND FOUND THIS. THIS MAGICAL VISION. PINK SKIES!!! I LOVE PINK SKIES! SO MUCH. IT AUTOMATICALLY SOOTHES YOU AND MAKES YOU SMILE. SO I STOPPED, LOOKED AT IT, TOOK IT IN AND TOOK A PHOTO (OF COURSE!). MY SWEAT DISAPPEARED AND I AM NO LONGER MAD AT MYSELF, MORE HAPPY THAT I WAS LATE SO THAT I DIDNT MISS THIS. MAGIC!!

YEAH, AS A NIKE 'EMPLOYEE' I GET FIRST DIBS ON THE NEW HOLIDAY COLLECTION THAT IS NOW LAUNCHING. YEA YEA YEA!!! AND I GOT THESE BEAUTIES FOR A PRICE OM 20€, WOOP WOOP! I SERIOUSLY BOUGHT MORE THAN MY CLOSET CAN HOLD. MOUHAHAHAHA

Yea that's right! You saw that right! Today YELLOWCLAW and Nike did a collaboration and had an event at Vondelgym (this is the so called "cool gym" where all the cool artists and bloggers go to train). Anyways, this event was 9 this morning, so I didn't get much sleep, since majority of the night was spent prepong for the event. but it was well worth it when you got to see all these world famous DJs getting the asses completely whopped by our amazing Master Trainer (and my new biggest idol) Lars Schuijling! It was awesome. And seriously, Lars was insane!! I have never heard nor seen any other trainer with kind of engagement and energy. I can't wait to work on more projects with him. My day finished with a lovely NTC (of course) workout at the Vondelgym. Tonight I'm going to bed earrrrrrly!

Today I had such an amazing day. Loads of meetings, but not a lot of todo's! LAJF!!!!!!!😍😍😍 at the end of the day I snuck into the gym (which I haven't done in about 2 weeks.... Yea I know😏)I went for a 5km run and then I was like, maybe I should see if there is an empty room for me to do some yoga in.......... EVEN BETTTER: an empty dance studio!!!! For me!!! All by myself!!! My knees got weak, my heart skipped a beat and the butterflies in my stomach just went bananas! I blasted the music as loud as I could and danced, danced, danced! And then died from the exhaustion and just layed on the floor like a dead fish in that huge room. It was magic.✨

Now it time for meet my friend Sara, an old high school friend whom I haven't seen in 8 years!!!
