I just love Amsterdam. It is so beautiful! And even more beautiful this time of the year. But then again, which city isn't? I'm so crazy about spring! NOTHING beats it!

​Weather you live or is just visiting in Amsterdam you have to go to Mook pancakes. It has really become one my favorite places in Amsterdam. I think I have been there every weekend the past 8 weeks. No joke. Today when I was paying they said "We want to give you any kind of coffee, since you come here all the time" hahahaha yeaaa..... when you become a regular at a pancake place... Maybe this has something to do with my sugar intake... haha! Well either way, the people are sooooo nice and the Blue Magic pancake are to die for! So go go go.

This week has kind of sucked. Besides being in Sweden the first part of it, I have been sick with food poisoning, or at least I thought it was. But then I got the highest fever. Well, to sum it up, my stomach hasn't been treating food very well and it feels like my muscles have deteriorated. Soooo today after my friend Martin left, I kick myself, went for a run and did a Kayla  full bodywork out and actually ran an extra 5 km instead of taking the bus to the movies. I don't know if it was the beautiful spring weather or just these new killed rainbow tights, but I was on fire again! So this week, I am going all in, no excuses. and no sugar! Seriously, the past 5 days without sugar has been so good for me and my stomach. I think I really need to start taking my sugar intake more seriously. So the story continues. Catch you later! And go for a run!!! SPRING IS HERE!!!

This weekend, my one and only favorite best friend came to visit. This is Martin. Martin is the smartest person I know. Like not just a normal Harvard smart level. He has done Harvard and MIT and is now heading for NASA. Seriously, no joke. And he is even good looking!!! Quite the catch, I must say. But for me, I am content enough to have him by my side as my bestie. This weekend was literally only spent walking around, eating, drinking and walking and then doing that all over again. Exactly what you are supposed to be doing during the weekends!

Everytime I come home, I try to make sure I see as many as possible, which all fails, because in a spam of a weekend, it's tough making sure to cram family, friends and boyfriend quality time all into one. But also, I wish I would get more time with this one. I´m so bad at prioritising my boyfriend. Which I never mean to be, because in all honesty, I would love to just spend every second with him doing absolutely nothing but just laugh and make out all weekend, because that tiny love we get each time we have to live off for the next upcoming 2-3 weeks, which isn´t alot. I miss my friends and I miss my boyfriend constantly, I guess I will never get used to this. I wish I could throw a party every weekend I came home just to make sure I got to see everyone. Well either way, it was beyond great to be home this weekend. My heart, soul and sanity needed it.

​This is a project I have been working on the past 3 months and it is finally kicked off. Nike is doing their first ever Student Ambassador´s launch in Sweden and the first University we are doing it at is Handelshögskolan with this group of amazing 5 people. They are inspiring, they are unique, they are fun and just overall outstanding. I have so many cool things planned for them this year and I can wait to see what this will turn into. So cool to work with them and on this. Makes me kind of want to be a student all over again. haha!

​So last week I started my 12 week challenge with Kayla. I know this will sound cocky, but since I found the first week to be a little bit too easy, I skipped straight to forth week. But to end that butt whoping week, she did a 600 Abs rep challenge. I managed to do it under 25 minutes, which means you are advanced supposedly! soooooo im juat bragging y'all. No, but it said if you did it under 30 minutes, you were advanced and I sure as hell made sure I managed to do that. But about the Kayla app, LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! Since I am not much of a planner myself, this really helps me to stay motivated, go even when I dont want to and just tells me exactly what to do . I love it! So seriously go and check it! Now now now now!
