Managing time is increasingly hard especially with the load of homework they give in modern days. But other than homework we have extra curricular activities such as sports or a music lesson oh and we have chores. When it comes to all the things you must complete, in a 24-hour limit on your checklist it's hard to remember it all, that's why I believe technology can help us manage it together. I started using my reminders app (comes with all Apple iPhones) recently and have come to see that it's very helpful since I forget a lot of things. You write down what needs to be done such as your homework for that day, what time you need to be at your sport class, or don't forget to do this chore. For each reminder you can set an alarm and your phone will go off when it's time for you to complete what needs to be done. I use it a lot for reminding myself of test dates and homework, it's simply a electronic agenda. You can also customize it in whatever color or way you want, once your alarm goes off for the reminder, do it and then simply swipe to the left on the notification on your lock screen and press "mark as completed" or you can also press "snooze." Below I provided a picture of my reminders list thus far, the ones with the purple dot in it have been completed. I hope you guys will adapt to and start using the reminders app because it's the best time managing aspect for me and if you can manage your schedule well stress shall be relieved. Goodnight :-)

5 simple steps:

Note- make sure to buy films to install into your Polaroid, an mini instant camera case and mini instant film album to hold your pictures in.

1~ open up your Polaroid (take out batteries, film and string), open case and unwrap album
2~ install batteries into the side (not the back) of Polaroid
3~ insert film into the back of Polaroid (once installed don't open the back again otherwise all the film will fall out)
4~ attach the string (holding string) through the holes on the top side of Polaroid
5~ set up mini instant camera case by buttoning the front to the appropriate buttons

Many people say that coffee is not good for you but as an authentic coffee lover I disagree. Coffee is helpful in many ways other than the obvious reason that the caffeine gives you energy:
1- caffeine in coffee is a fat burning supplement
2- coffee prevents many diseases
3- coffee is appearing more & more effective for the health of your liver
4- coffee increases physical performance
5- coffee has important vitamins
6- coffee helps curb certain cancers
7- coffee increases fiber intake
8- coffee is good for the heart

& lastly
10- coffee makes you happy (been proven to prevent depression)

Note: I drink a glass of water every morning before intaking coffee, to get my blood flowing which is important to do
