Beautiful Copenhagen. Everyday I just want to paint and create. Here are my latest paintings.

In January I moved to Brussels to work at a design firm. My boss's name was Gunter, it could only end badly haha. I will never regret I moved there and tried to work in a Flemish design environment. If I get a job tomorrow in Berlin or Singapore, I would go. Live now, you can always move back home.

Hello!

Well I never thought I would start a blog, but in this time of my life I just feel I have so much I would like to share with you.

First of all, where am I and what am I doing? Right now I am living in Copenhagen and I am freelancing as a Designer, I also paint more than ever.

I have always wanted to live and work outside Sweden. I have always felt there is more for me to explore and that my personality might fit better abroad haha. In november 2016 I finally took the first big step to explore what design jobs there were out there for me in the world, and the BIG HUNT to find my dream job began.

First stop was San Francisco and La. I dream big people might say, but why shouldn't you? I am young and I only live once. I can always go back home. I actually got a job opening at a firm in New York but I would be completely flat broke if I took that job. I decided to let my USA dreams wait for a while.

I changed my focus back to Europe and I got a job at a design firm in Brussels, Belgium. I really developed both as a person and designer during my time there. I am really proud that I actually moved by myself to Belgium when I had my safety net and all my friends and family back home in Sweden. But I wanted to see the world.

After some tough times in Belgium, where my colleagues talked FLEMISH 24/7 I chose to quit at that agency. Brussels is such a beautiful city though and I met amazing people. Specially one person, an incredible Danish man who asked me to come to Copenhagen for a while and explore the design business there. Which I did.
