Okay so there is a new-ish cafe in our town called Zupas, and it is a chain that i think was originally from the west coast. I went there for lunch today with my good friend Brooke and it was amazing as always. They have the best salads and soups that i have ever tasted and on top of that you get a nice chocolate covered strawberries with your meal (my favorite part)!!!

Yesterday Viktoria, Brooklyn and I went out for sushi at a small restaurant called Sushi Tango. Brooklyn hates sushi so she didn't end up eating what she got so she just sat there and played with her rice. It was a good night with these two because we got to talk about our upcoming plans and how excited we are for them. Later that night we went to our friend Jacks house to a small gathering. It was a good start to the weekend!

Okay so was born with some very unfortunate features like eye brows and eye lashes white as snow. For me this sucks but it may not suck for everyone so I don't mean to offend... if your good with it then power to ya! Anyways, I found an amazing product that helped solve my problem. This stuff was first recommended to me by my friend who felt the need to change hers as well. The product is Roux lash and brow tint and it is amazing. Sadly the only thing i recommend not doing is dying your eyebrow with it. (I use normal hair dye for mine) When it comes to eyelashes its amazing, but the brows can get a little too dark too fast. I should have put a before picture of my lashes but its a little late for that. This is perfect for the summer if your at the beach and do not want to wear any make up. I can't wait to do a few coats before I go to Mexico in March!!! It doesn't just work for blondes you can buy a darker color for anyone with darker lashes. So yeah this stuff rocks and now I'm not scared to go out with out make up.

My best friend from Sweden came up with the best idea ever! Back home we live 5 minutes from each other and saw each other every day, so it's hard to be without her. So she made me is this book that she wrote so many nice things in. It was everything from memories, "read this when you're...", to pictures and her life atm in Sweden. The idea is to send this book back and fourth. She'll have it for 1 month and then I'll have it the next, and so on. It's literally the best thing I own and I can't wait until I'm old and read it.

So Alexandra, if you read this: I know I've said thank you like 1000 times but here is one more! THANK YOU for this nice book and for being the best friend ever even though you're on the other side of the planet.

Today was our first day of school after break. It was hard to get up early when we literally had the worst sleeping routine for the two weeks off but we still managed to get up! After school we decided to take some pictures because the weather was amazing ☀⛄

Do you have any new years resolutions?
I thought about it and the normal is "work out and eat more healthy" and yes I want to do that. But my real new years resolution is: not to waste time on people who are not worth my time, and to enjoy every second I get with my friends and family.

Did you visit any new countries?
For christmas and new years last year we went on a cruise in Caribbean and I visited some new countries but otherwise I've only been to America. I went to New York with my mom in March (when I got my American citizenship), but that is not a new country and it's not my first time in New York either...

Did you do something you have never done before?
To moved away from my family and friends in Sweden to America was a huge happening in my life.

How did you celebrate your birthday?
I celebrated my birthday in Sweden when I lived there. I turned 18 which is a "big" age in Sweden. The day started out with a nice Champagne breakfast with my parents. Later at night I first had a dinner with my closes girl friends and then I had a party at my house. It was so fun and it's a day I will never forget.

Is there anything you regret from 2015?
I regret that I didn't spend enough time with my family before I moved. I didn't think about it when I was at home but now I kind of realized that when I know I'm probably not going back to live at home
. But I'm very grateful for the time I got to spend with them.

What was the best thing about 2015?
The best thing was the last couple of weeks before I moved to America with my two best friends, Alexandra and Wictoria. Another thing is to move here. I'm so happy about my decision and don't regret a thing about it.

What do you look most forward to in 2016?
I look forward to going to Mexico during spring break with all of my friends from school. I also look forward to when my best friends here in America is coming to visit me in Sweden this summer. The thing I look most forward to is to when I will be going to college in the fall. This year will be amazing!

Do you have any new years resolutions?
My new years resolutions is to stay of my phone more and to start to live in the moment. I also want a more healthier lifestyle and have a constant exercise program going.

Did you visit any new countries?
Me and my family go to Mexico every year so it's not a new country for this year, but I love going on vacation there and it's now some kind of a tradition.

Is there anything you regret from 2015?
All I'm going to say is: you live, and you learn.

Did you do something you have never done before?
Quite a lot of things. This year when I was in Mexico I went scuba diving for the first time, which I thought was very cool. I also went cliff jumping with my friends which was one of the high lights of my summer.

How did you celebrate your birthday?
I went our and ate with my closest friends but unfortunately one of the girls did not make it to dinner because of her condition... (I will say no more) After the dinner we went to a party and I had a great night!

What was the best thing about 2015?
One of the best things was that Vik came and moved in with us. But what I also apprecite was all the time I got to spend with my friends and family.

What do you look most forward to in 2016?
I have a lot I look forward to! Spring break when we're going to Mexico, prom, Sweden, College, boating, and summer in general. I also look forward to the last hoorah with my gals before we all are going to separate for college.

I think i'm not only talking for my self when I say that I hate being pale. So how can I solve my problem? Go to a tanning bed? Personally I think it takes up way to much of my time and it's takes a few times before you can even see a difference. There's also sun tanning lotion. I've tried a lot of different brands during my years but I have not liked any of them. A lot of my friends have suggested St. Tropez tanning oil, and it feels like everyone loves it. So I thought i would give it a try.
I bought this bottle at Sephora, and I also know that they sell it in Sweden. I've used it twice and i really like it! It doesn't have a gross smell that all the other brands that I have tried have and it doesn't give you an obvious tan either, which I like. It gives that little summer glow and something I will use all year around!

I think this was a really good buy and if anyone feels that they feel a little pale and do not want to go to a tanning bed, this is a good alternative!

SO this is kind of a random post, but I felt the need to share it. This christmas I was given a pink tool kit from my dad... you would think it would be something I would have to fake a smile like i liked it but that wasn't the case. I LOVE IT! Do you realize how handy this will be when i go to college? Its probably not common to find a girl with the right tools but I will forsure be prepared when someone needs to hang a picture or whatever else girls need with tools, and i couldn't be happier about that. I'd say this makes the top 10 list of things needed before you go to college. I give my father a 10/10 on this one. Lets not forget that it is pink! (heart eye emoji)

New years eve! We started the evening by having dinner with the girls and getting ready for the night. Ten girls trying to do their hair and make up in one room... can you imagine the chaos. (Even though Viktoria wasn't featured in this picture she was still with us)
