Now where do I start? I have realized that it is not that easy for me to set a specific body measurement or body weight goal so I have deleted that out of my plan. Why it`s not easy? My first goal was to loose 15 kg but since I am gaining muscles along the way, my weight is not something I want to focus on, it`s way to easy to get disappointed when the numbers are not moving. The other goal was to measure my body but then I realized that I was not sure if I measured the same spots every time? So I have stopped.

Now what? Well one goal was this exercise at the gym -and I have already reached it! It was a combination of streng
th and fear (picture below). The goal was not only to do the exercise but to get on and off the "machine" by myself. Another goal of mine was to get in to my old pants, well guess what - I`m wearing them as we speak (I write).

I have a picture in my head of how I would like my body to look and feel and it`s completely reachable. But before I get there my next goal is to set 1-3 new exercise goals at the gym.

What are your goals?

This morning was awesome! Me and Alex had both been waiting to go to the gym!
We added burpees to our warm up and let me tell you, it was hard. I'm heavy and it totally got me out of breath.
So burpees will be def. be something I am going to have to work on. Great for my heart and fat burning!

Last time (Monday) we did a butt workout we so noticed that adding weights will get you soar in the right places, so today's workout had less reps and more weights. Let's see how we feel about it tomorrow.
Tomorrow, Saturday, is ab- and back day and we won't be in a hurry tomorrow so I can´t wait to have a "play day" at the gym in the morning. :)

We decided to take a nice 50 min power walk today instead of hitting the gym. Wow, the weather was fantastic and I did manage to sweat a bit, specially after walking uphill! I have read and belive that if you keep chocking your body with different kind of workouts you will keep getting results and that is kind of what I am doing now. One week contain 2 butt days, one leg day and one back and ab day. I do a bit of abs every workout though. In between workout days, a long powerwalk is key for your body, mind and soul!

This morning was an all booty morning. I can already feel the soarness in my glutes and I belive the cable hip extensions has done a lot of the work, since we used the most weights doing that exercise. So next butt day will contain less reps but more weights!

Today my plan was to relax, get my lashes done and to have a date with big boi a.k.a a 10 km walk in the woods! I had really, really beed looking forward to the long walk with fresh air and just the two of us. But no, I had done a little misstake which made me have to work not only 5 but 10 hours today! I´m usually very organized but lately I have been working so much and I have hardly had any vacay and the off hours are booked! So misstakes are now made - Instad of writing "I can´t work on Sunday" I wrote "I can work on Sunday" - and now I am standing here! Hopefully my colleague gets better soon and hopefully I have helped a lot of people with their feet and over all health today. #vivobarefoot

When I saw the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar by QuestBar I almost ran to the store to get one! Being the chocolate chip cookie dough freak that I am, I must say that I am a bit disappointed. I seriously thought that they would taste just like cookie dough and they did not! However, they did taste ok and they are full of protein (20g a bar) and low on sugar (3g a bar). It of course all depends on what you compare them with. I mean some of the bars you can buy at a corner store look mad healthy but they contain about 20g of sugar - not fire!

My dear man ate the Mint Chocolate and the Peanut Butter Supreme when I wasn´t at home so I do not know how they taste - he did say that the mint one tasted pretty ok though!

While Alex was doing her squats today I realized that she is training her legs/hips etc. unevenly. Or, I am far from an expert and can't say I know she is doing it wrong, but it looks wrong to us. I took a picture to show you how important I think it is to actually try to do right - we do not want to hurt ourselves, because then we can't continue to work out for while. I did that when I first started to work out. I hurt my foot on my first run and had to rest it for ever (6 weeks) - not fire!
I am not ready to run yet but when I do I think I will ask a running coach how to do it right before I try again #barefootrunning.

After office hours me and Alex met outside the gym and had a 30-40 min ab workout. The warmup was inspired by the one and only Jordan Yeoh! However, next time we are going to do 14 exercise with 15 reps each instead of 20 second intervals. I misunderstood what Jordan did in his fat burnin session by thinking he did 15 seconds and not 15 reps. But it's all trial an error! I managed to climb up the "hang up side down ab machine" and get down all by myself by doing a flip backwards and I am sooooo proud of myself.
The salad you see in the picture is from Vapiano and it's fried tuna on top - LOVE!

I have never been an early morning breakfast person. I mean I am an early bird but I prefer a late breakfast rather than an early one. So I want to find the perfect breakfast. Something fast and easy and most of all nutritious and good for me and my work out. I'm not sure if this ProPud is good or bad. It tasted ok, has a lot of protein but a gram more sugar than in "kvarg" with the same taste. By the way, I love the kvarg with hazelnut taste!
I would love to learn more about what a good breakfast is so please hit me up with comments below!
