Now where do I start? I have realized that it is not that easy for me to set a specific body measurement or body weight goal so I have deleted that out of my plan. Why it`s not easy? My first goal was to loose 15 kg but since I am gaining muscles along the way, my weight is not something I want to focus on, it`s way to easy to get disappointed when the numbers are not moving. The other goal was to measure my body but then I realized that I was not sure if I measured the same spots every time? So I have stopped.
Now what? Well one goal was this exercise at the gym -and I have already reached it! It was a combination of strength and fear (picture below). The goal was not only to do the exercise but to get on and off the "machine" by myself. Another goal of mine was to get in to my old pants, well guess what - I`m wearing them as we speak (I write).
I have a picture in my head of how I would like my body to look and feel and it`s completely reachable. But before I get there my next goal is to set 1-3 new exercise goals at the gym.
