So last Monday I went to an island called Tangalooma with all of the international student on my school. We had to get up early because we needed to meet at the school at 7.30 am where we took a bus to Brisbane which took about 1 hr and 30 minutes. After that we had to take a boat to the island and we arrived around 11.30 am. Then we had some lunch and after that we went on a desert safari where we got to slide down a big sand hill which was so much fun. Thereafter we drove back to the hotel where we got ready for dinner, before dinner we were so lucky to get to feed wild dolphins. Then we had dinner and then had some free time.
Tuesday we went out snorkelling around this really pretty ship which sank many years ago. It was so amazing and we saw two sharks which was heaps of fun as well. After that we went paddle boarding for a couple of hours. Then before dinner we were out on a boat where we saw the most beautiful sunset and it was so amazing! After that we had dinner and the some free time again.
Wensday we had free time most of the day so we did a lot of water activities which was heaps of fun and then at 3.30 pm we had to take the boat back to Brisbane and then we arrived home at around 7 pm.

Now I have been here for 4 months and I fall in love with aus more and more everyday. The weather here is getting really good so we have been a lot to the beach which I love so much. We go to the beach at 11 am and come back at 11 pm, it's the best and I love my life here, I have never felt so good before. Last Thursday night I went to an award night because I had worn an award called "International Program Faculty Award" which I'm very proud of because out of all the international students they only pick to to win it, a boy and a girl, so that was heaps of fun to go to. Last week I also meet my first danish person in Aus so that was really funny and I got to talk a little danish. Friday we had a dance night at school where my dance team had to perform our dances which was so much fun. My friends came and supported me and afterwards we went out and then me, Isi and Helena sleep at Isi's place. Next week we are also going to drama night where Isi is performing so I'm look a lot forward to that. Other than that we are just trying to enjoy all of it, Isi is unfortunately leaving us in 4 weeks to go back home which I'm really sad about, so right now we're just making the most out of every moment. Next week we're going to an island called Tangalooma for 3 days which I'm so excited about and it's gonna be heaps of fun. I'm also going to Sydney in a month which I'm also looking so much forward to.
I hope you're all doing well in Denmark.

So Monday the 18 of september I jumped on a new plane this time against Darwin. I was going on a trip with a lot of other internationals from all over Australia. So early up Monday morning because I had to get a early plane from Brisbane where I met some of the other students that were going on the trip. When we arrived in Darwin we met up with the rest of the crew and after that we went out to our first camp. When we came to the camp they first showed us how to put up the tents and thereafter we went to see the sunset.
Tuesday we drove down to Litchfield where we put up camp, after we went out to a waterfall where we could swim and after that we went to see some other waterfalls. Then we drove back to camp and just stayed there.
On Wensday we drove against Kakadu but on the way we stopped to see some saltwater crocodiles which was so awesome! Thereafter we drove to the camp and put up our tents.
Thursday we first drove out to something called yellow waters where it said that you could see wild horses but I wasen't that lucky so I didn't see any... After that we headed against Kathrine Gorge, where we we were going sailing and where we were saying that night. Kathrine Gorge was so amazing and beautiful. Then we went to the camp and set up the camp.
Friday we had a really long drive because we had to drive from Kathrine to Banka Banka which literally is in the middle of nowhere. But first we went to something called Thermal pools which was these really cool natural pools with warm water. It was so amazing and heaps fun. After that we drove to a cattle farm in Banka Banka where we slept under the stars so we didn't have to put up camp which was so nice!
Saturday we had a long drive again because we had to drive from Banka Banka to Alice Spring which was around 650 km. This night we were so lucky that we got to stay in a hostel which at that point seemed like a 5 star hotel, so everybody was very happy about that.
Sunday we sayed in Alice Spring where we got some time to see the city and after we went to our new camp where we were sleeping in bunks. Later that day we went to a reptile show and later in the night a man came out to us and talked about the stars.
Monday we drove against Kings Canyon. We drove all day and when we arrived at camp we just spent time there. This night we slept under the stars again which was so amazing and I loved it.
Tuesday we went out to Kings Canyon where we walked up on Kings Canyon to see it, it was so beautiful and crazy. After that we finally went against Uluru which was what I had looked most forward to. We arrived late in the afternoon and after we had put up our tents we went to see the sunset over Uluru which probably was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.
Wensday we went out to Uluru and walked around it and heard about the history. It was so crazy, it seemed so unreal but it was so beautiful. After that we went back to the camp and had our last night at Uluru.
Thursday morning we drove against Coober Pedy which was so cool to see. We went down in the mine and this night we slept under ground which was heaps of fun to try.
Friday we drove against our last stop which was Adelaide. We drove over 850 km which was over 10 hours so a very long bus ride. When we arrived in Adelaide we were all very tired. The last night we just had fun and said a lot of goodbyes.
Next morning some of us had a few hours in Adelaide and after that back home to Gold Coast that I had missed a lot, from an amazing trip!

So last week I was so lucky to go to Cairns. It was a trip our international cordinator made for us, so it was only international students. We left Tuesday and came back Friday.
So Tuesday night at 2.45am I woke up, because the uber came at 3.15am and we had to be in the AirPort at 4am. Believe it or not we were the first ones to be in the airport and the airport was closed! I have never come to a airport before that was closed. But after some time we got in and at 6am we left for Cairns. When we arrived we had the whole day in Cairns. First we went to get some breakfast and after that we went to a lagoon and went swimming. After that we went back home to the hotel to get dressed because in the night we were going to an Aboriginal dinner, which was so much fun! They performed a show for us and after that we got dinner where I got to tast kangaroo and crocodile which actrully was really good. After that we went back to the hotel and went to sleep.
The next day we were going to Great Barrier Reef so we had to get up early. I must say that it was not as amazing as I thought it would be. Sadly a lot of it is today dead, but it was cool to see what was left of it. When we came back home we changed cloth and then a lot of us went out to dinner together where we had burgers. After that we went back to the hotel where we had to be back at 9.30pm because our teacher would check on us. But of course after the teacher had left we were sneaking around and a lot of the girls ended up in my room. But after some time we went to bed because we had to be up early again the next day.
On Thursday day we had our last long day, and we had to be up early because we were going on a train ride up to a town called Kuranda which is a little mountain town. So we walked around there for a little bit and had the best creeps! And after that we were going on a skyline which was so cool, but funny with my afraid of highs. So we took some different skylinen out to some lookout spots which was so beautiful and we had so much fun. After that we went to the hotel to get our swimmers and then went to the lagoon and had fun there for an hour. And in the evening we went out to the same burger place as the day before because it was so good and then in the night the girls ended up in my room again.
On Friday we had to go back home. We had to leave the hotel at 12.30pm so before that we just went into the city and looked around. When we were in the plane we were all very tired, but Isabella decided to sleep on me, so no sleep for me. We got picked up in the airport by my hostmom and after that I went back home to a very happy German girl that had missed me a lot.

So time really flies when you are having fun and I have almost been in Australia for 2 month! It's so crazy.
So last Wensday I had surfing for the 2nd time and it was so fun. For the first time I actually stood up on the board so I was very proud. I still Think I spend more time under the water than on the board, but I'm working on that.
On Thursday I was so lucky to go to Byron Bay again. I had to take photos for my photography class, so no school for me. After that I met up with Lara and Isabella and we went to a shopping centre called Robina, were we shopped and had dinner.
Friday I had normal school which was boring and after that I just met up with some friends and had fun.
On Saturday we had to get up really early because we were going to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary which was so cool. I held a Koala, petted a Kangaroo and a lot more. It was so fun and amazing to see all the animals that we don't have in Denmark. After that we wanted to go and have a sleepover at Isabellas house, but her hostmom was really sick so we descided to go to Laras place insted. At Laras place we cooked dinner for her family (which is not that fun when Isabella is vegetarian, so no meat for me) and after that we played with her hostsister and went to bed.
On Sunday we didn't really know what to do, so we just went to that beach and after that I went back home because I wanted to start packing because on Tuesday we were going to Cairns.
So Monday I went to Isabellas house after school and then after that I went back home to pack the last things. After that I went back to Isabellas house because I had to sleep there so we could take an uber together the next morning to the airport, were we had to be at 4am...
So Tuesday morning at 3.30am I was standig in the airport ready to go Cairns were I am right now, but I will tell you more about that when I get back.

Sooo some of the couple of days have been really good and some haven't been so good. So let's start with the good ones.
Last Saturday we went to a beach called Currumbin which was so nice, we went to the water, played some ball, and had some food. Then in the evening Isabella, Lara, Nasta, Alex and I went out which was so much fun, and then after I went home.
On Sunday we went to the beach again and just had fun there.
On Monday I of course had to go to school, and then after school I stayed home. I had an english exam on Tuesday, so I had to study for that.
On Tuesday we had the english exam which I think went okay. After that I went to Isabellas house where we watched movies, but then I started to get a really bad headache. I thought that it was something that was just going to pass, but no.
When I woke up on Wensday I felt so bad so I diden't end up going to school, in the evening we called a doctor, that said that I had got the flu, so that was great.
When I then woke up Thursday I still felt really bad, and not better at all. So after some time I called the doctor again, and he gave me some medication, so that was good.
This morning when I woke up I finally felt better so I really hope that this is over soon, because being sick in Australia when it is 30 degrees and all of your friends is going to Brisbane, is not fun. So that is why some of the day wasn't so good.

It was so funny and we found some really good musicians and we just danced and had fun. After that we went back home to Lara where we watched a movie and had a sleep over and it was so funny.
On Saturday we went to the beach with some friends which was really nice and in the evening we went to a food market in Miami called Miami Marketta which was so good. You could get food from almost every country and it was all so good. There was live music so we all danced and had so much fun. After that we went to the beach because we wanted to play volleyball but I had hurt my hand from boxing so I diden't play, but it was still fun.
On Sunday I went to the best breakfast place with a german girl which was so nice. After that we went to the beach where I met some other friends and after that I just went home.

So today I was so lucky to go to Byron Bay and it was so amazing we went to the lighthouse which was so pretty and had the most beautiful view and I got some really nice photos. We saw both dolphins and wales. After that we had some time to walk around in Byron which was so nice. We got some lunch, the girls I was walking around with wanted to have Mexican food and I wanted an acai bowl, and I have to say that i think i'm addicted, I have had so many and they are so good! After that we took the bus home to the school.
In the afternoon I went to a boxing class with my host sister which was really funny, I had almost forgot how funny it is to box. So that was definitly not the last time.

3 weeks and so many thing are going on all the time. We are doing something everyday, going to the beach, going shopping or something like that. I have to say that the beach is my favorit thing because the beaches here are amazing they are so beautiful!
Today it is 3 weeks since i arrived here, But it feels like much longer, this is already my second home and i love it here.
School here is very easy But it is fun. I'm taking some classes that we don't have in Denmark so that is fun to try. Photography and Dance is my favorit they are so fun and different.
Last Wensday a crocodile man came and talked to us. He had snakes and crocodiles with him and it was very scary and if anyone wondered, no I diden't hold the snake.
Yesterday we had a School carnival which was really fun. We had to dress up in our different House colours I'm Coolangatta and my colours are green and blue. Sadly our house lost but I diden't help much so that is probably the reason. But all the international students had to compeet aginst the schools senoir boys football team and we worn, they were really embarrassed.
Today we went to Bond University which was so big and so beautiful. There were a representative from Bond that spoke, The Principal from our School, an ambassador from EQI and a student from another High School, which was really fun to hear. After that a representative from each School had to go up and shake hands with them, where I was the representative from our school so that was cool and fun to try. After that we Got some food and then went home.

I hope that you all have it good in Denmark!
Love from Australia

On Friday I had to go to school and after that i met up with some friends and we went to The beach.
Saturday I went to The beach all day and had my first swim here. All The Australians Think It's cold but it is around 5-10 degrees warmer than the water in Denmark so i thought it was warm and they thought I was crazy. In the night it started to rain, a lot, so I went home and watch a series with my host mom.
On Sunday I went to a really big shopping center with two friends which was fun. It wasen't as good weather as Saturday so we diden't want to go to the beach. So we looked in shops and got some good food and after that I went home.
