There are a few this as appreciated as breakfast, if you ask me. I mean, I'm a one- of- a- kind foodlover, but also a breakfast manic. Combining early morning grocery shopping, breakfast preparing and actually eating it is one of my ever favorite things. I mean, no morning is ever complete with a full breakfast. I mean, and one of the many reasons to this breakfast- addiction is actually this new thing I created a couple of days ago. Did you know that peaches become even more sweet once you've roasted them in the oven?

Start with pre- heating the oven to 175 degrees celsius. For this recipe I only used 1 peach, so the recipe is for one person. If you prefer to invite your family over for breakfast I recommend you buy more peaches, like 4-5. Cause' they'll love it. Cut the peach in 3 mm thick slices. Sprinkle some agavesyrup on top and finish it with lots of grated coconut.

Bake for 15 minutes.

These peaches were perfect on a coconut- chiapudding I had made the night before. Using 1/2 dl of Alpro's coconut milk, 1 tablespoon chiaseeds and a pinch of organic vanilla powder.

This recipe was way too simple, and it hit me that it's actually not only for your breakfast. Using it as a dessert with ice-cream must be a "ready- to- die" combo, or maybe as a little appetizer with goat cheese, roasted walnuts and arugula....? Hmm, let's leave it right here, because I'm literally drooling in this very moment.

// Ungsrostade persikor med sirap och kokos. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader, skiva en persika i ca 3 mm skivor. Häll lite agavesirap på och massor med riven kokos. Rosta i ugnen i 15 minuter. Servera på din chiapudding! Bästa frukostkombon.



Who would have thought that my first, very own recipe posted on this blog would be a recipe for granola? I mean, there are a thousand, a million other things that would come to my mind first if someone said: Food, eat or breakfast. Seriously. But, this blog needs to get updated, so this morning when I actually had some time it was the perfect thing to do.

Vem skulle trott att mitt första inlägg på denna blogg skulle bli ett recept på granola? Faktiskt, så finns det tusen, miljoner andra saker som skulle kommit på tal före om någon sagt; mat, äta eller frukost. Seriöst. Men, denna blogg behövs uppdateras, så denna morgon var det den perfekta saken att göra när jag hade extra tid.

As always, or at least since chiapudding became an obsession all over the world, I have followed that trend. I always have chiaseeds at home and oatmilk, or soymilk. So, for the chiapudding you'll need 1 dl oat milk, 2 tablespoons of chaises. Stir everything, and put in the fridge over night. Once ready to eat, top with blueberries and the fresh- out- of- the- oven granola. And for the granola, only 6 healthy and delicious ingredients.

Som alltid, eller ja, i alla fall dem senaste månaderna sen chiapudding vart ett beroende över hela världen, har jag också, såklart, följt den trenden. jag har alltid chiafrån och havre eller sojamjölk hemma. Så, till chiapuddingen behöver du 1 dl havremjölk och 2 matskedar chiafrön. Blanda allt och ställ i kylen över natten. När den är redo att ätas, toppa med massa blåbär och den rykande, varma granolan du just tagit ut ur ugnen. Till den behöver du 6 nyttiga och supergoda ingredienser.

Granola: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, 1 tablespoon sunflowerseeds, 1 tablespoon pinenuts, 2 tablespoons of applejuice and some agave syrup. Stir all the ingredients together roast the granola in the oven for about 15 minutes on 175 degrees celsius. E N J O Y

Granola: 1/2 cup havregryn, 2 matskedar riven kokos, 1 matsked solroskärnor, 1 matsked pinjenötter, 2 matskedar äppeljuice och lite agavesirap. Blanda alla ingredienser och rosta granolan i ugnen i ca 15 minuter på 175 grader. E N J O Y
