Let me introduce one of my favourite dessert, Banana Pancake! My friends made this delicious healthy sweet during the holiday season. It is a light and simple dessert and we can make it any time in just 10 minutes. :) We need only 2 Ingredients (eggs and banana). In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Stir in the eggs and add some cinnamon. Heat a large non-stick frying pan or pancake pan over a medium heat and brush with coconut oil (it is more healthier than other cooking oils). Using half the batter, spoon two pancakes into the pan, cook for 1-2 minutes each side, then tip onto a plate. Delicious breakfast meal, I really love it! :)
