Today I woke up with a bad feeling about this day. I don't know why I just knew that I should stay in and take it easy and stay close to home, where ever that is these days... Of course I couldn't do that cause I had a day trip planed to Lake District with Rebecka, which was kind of far way. And to top it all of, it wasn't the best weather for a trip like thatI don't complaining going cause it was an amazing view and it made me calm to just look out and see the still water. We took a boat to the other side to explore more. It was nice. We talked a lot about everything. It made me calm for a while. A couple of my friends had also gone to Lake District but not to the same place as we went. I was a little bit disappointed about that but at the same time, what we saw was a treat to the eyes. After taking the boat to the other side we went and sat by the deck and had something to at. We sat quite for a while, I didn't want to talk. These swans came up to us. It was a bit scary haha! It was something with their eyes. Anyways, we didn't stay long because of my condition so it all went by really fast. I do recommend to go there and in the end the sun did come out I wish I was in a better mood, but when life hits you, it hits you hard!

Well,

Cheers mate!

I've heard that has been some misunderstanding about my life. Didn't know what people cared THAT much. But just to clarify- there is nothing special with me. I'm not doing all this things cause I'm rich cause that's the opposite of what I'm (I'm not poor either...). All the travels I have posted so far has been financed by school, so to that I say - Stay in school kids, it can actually turn out to be something good by studying. EXAMPLE: payed exchange semesters! Not fully payed by school, don't let me mislead you. I of course had to take some loans to finance food, rent, travels (domestics), etc. Let me put it into a easier way to understand for those who STILL don't!

  • I go to school (like many others do)
  • I hang out with my friends (like many others do)
  • I move around to different countries (like many others do)
  • I study abroad (like many others do)
  • I work occupationally (like many other do)
  • I party (like many others do)
  • I date (like many others do)
  • I have good days (like many others do)
  • I have bad days (like many other do)
  • I cry (like many others do)
  • I laugh (like many others do)
  • I eat (like many others do)
  • I fail (like many others do)
  • I succeed (like many others do)
  • etc...

The list goes on with everyday activities like many others do!

Still, I've heard โ€‹people talk about how I think my life is more important than others and to those people I say- I don't think we were really friends if that is was you thought about me. I put others I care about before my own needs. If you ever have anything to say to me, just say it to my face, don't hide in the schools bathroom stalls, as they say, even walls have eyes and ears. Don't mess with me cause I am the wrong one.

This event do not bother me anymore cause I gained from it, I didn't loose anything. You could say that I'm glad about what happened. Of course this makes me think twice next time I call someone "a friend" and who I tell certain things to but the one's I trust are the one's that I've kept.

โ€‹WHAAAT??? Yes. The rumours are true. I am alive. For those who care - I am sorry for not posting! And for those who don't give a F%&# - I hope you enjoy your day!

I just had a lot to do but at the same time I had nothing to do, you know what I mean!! So I just hung out with friends and forget about updating for the ones who actually cared about what I was doing with my life abroad. I'm not going anywhere this time I'm just gonna post about the time I was away and just didn't write about.

Well,

Cheers mate!

8th of October did end in a BAM๐Ÿ’ฅ!

So I get back home from the trip to the Holy Island. I find my ring. This day can from now on ONLY get better๐Ÿ˜Ž!

We'd planned this event for weeks and finally it was the D-day, or as we would like to call it, the G-day๐Ÿ’!

Before our guests arrived we'd planned a three course dinner, and the theme for the dinner was *drumroll* Italiano ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿด. For starters, which Divie and I were in charge of was tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamico vinegar, oregano, and some basilica๐Ÿ…. The main course was Pasta Pomodoro๐Ÿ. And the desert I've no idea what it was. It was Celeste (the Mexican girl) who had made it. It was delicious๐Ÿ˜! Everything was just perfect๐Ÿ‘Œ. Between the dishes everyone had come up with a drink and a game to present in their room. So in my room we'd shots (shocker) and played Russian Roulette (cause I miss my Russian half, Anastasiaaaaaaaa๐Ÿ‘ฏโค!!!). The rules are really simple. You have the same amount of shot glasses as people playing the game. You pour water in all the glasses EXCEPT one, which you pour vodka in. Then everyone take one glass each (they don't know which glass who contains vodka). Count to three, everyone take their shot and the person who had the vodka shot is out. I changed the rules a little. So the first time I knew which one of the glasses was the one with vodka but the next time, the one that was out had to pour the next round so I wouldn't know. In the end when it was only two people left I just poured both glasses with vodka๐Ÿธ๐Ÿ˜Ž.

After the dinner and the games, the guests started to arrive. We'd put up a beer pong table for them to use if they wanted, and they did!! So fun! We'd also put up a post on the Stephenson's Building (our accommodation building) group if there was anyone with a speaker and if they wanted to lend it to us. If they did, that person + 1 could come as a "thanks you for letting us borrow your speaker" gesture๐Ÿ˜. Our neighbour had one that we could borrow. He also came along with the speaker of course but he didn't bring a friend... Cool๐Ÿ‘€! But no, that was nice of him to lend it to us๐Ÿ™! When going downstairs to get some air this guy wants to get into the building cause someone had ordered kebab. We had a little chat with him before he went upstairs. Shortly he came down telling us that they didn't opened the door and he still had the kebab left. Niklas (my friend) decide to buy the kebab, so now he was ยฃ10 shorter but 2 kebabs richer๐Ÿข.

After our pre-party we all left for the club. We went to Perdu, which is a cool place here in town. It's like an alley you walk into (but it's still one place you're at) and then you can walk around to different clubs (still one place when referring to were you are!!). There's this specific one that we always go to. They have the best dance floor!! Best music!! Best everything๐Ÿ™Œ!!

0200-ish, now all we could think of was to run back home and eat that kebab Niklas bought and hid under my bed๐Ÿ™Š๐Ÿƒ! I had been wearing high heels all night so I decided to take them off once we were outside the club and on our way back home. Half way back home I step on something sharp and get this tiiiiiiny tiiiiiiny cut under my foot but there's blood EVERYWHERE๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜…! Anyway, this doesn't stop me. Adam and I ran back home to find out that Newcastle has the WORST kebab in the world, such a disappointment! My room smelled kebab as well, we didn't think of that, now did we๐Ÿ˜ท...

We've only gotten amazingly good feedback about the #flat28 party. Soon there will be another one, promise!

Well,

Cheers mate!

The 8th October did NOT start well๐Ÿ˜“.

First I woke up to see that my phone hadn't charged at all and I only had 10% cause apparently my adapter is broken, the fuse had burned... I had to live with these 10% the entire day. It was going to be a disaster๐Ÿ˜‘. I did pack down an adapter + charger cause I thought that we might go and eat at a restaurant and they could maybe let me charge my phone thereโ˜. While packing my back for the trip I notice that I'm NOT wearing my ring๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜จ... This ring is not just a ring. I'm the third generation wearing it and my mom had finally given it to me after thinking that I'm old enough for a jewellery like that๐Ÿ’. She gave it to me before I started my Bachelor so I've been wearing it for a while now. Anyway, I panicked of course. I don't have the best memory either so trying to remember where I could've put it is seriously like a mission impossible, and I mean one of those kinds were there's no Tom Cruise to come and save the day. I looked everywhere; under the bed, on the bed, on the floor all over my room, but I couldn't find it. At this point I just had to let it go and run to the bus๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ.

I felt so sorry for my friend during the whole trip. She did try to cheer me up๐Ÿ™†, telling me that we're here on this trip and that there wasn't that much I could do anyway while I was there so I should just enjoy the view, and I was just this bitch telling her that it was a family ring I had inherited and that's not something you could let go of just like that๐Ÿ™. She was right though, I should've just let it go for a while just for the trip and then when I got home I could look for it, cause it had to be at home so it would eventually turn up again. I tried my best to enjoy the trip and not ruin it for her, hehe๐Ÿ˜…...

When we arrived back home I just ran back home. I couldn't wait anymore, I just wanted to find my ring๐Ÿ˜ฌ! I soon as a got home everyone was in my room trying to find it. I hadn't locked my door so my flatmates could look around but no one had found it yet๐Ÿ˜–. I only left the apartment once so one of my flatmates had walked by the store earlier that day that I'd been to and asked the staff if they'd seen a golden ring anywhere in the store. It melted my cold heart๐Ÿ’™, so sweet of her๐Ÿ˜˜.

I FOUND ITโœŠ๐ŸŒ€๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ’! GOD! My parents had called me several times during the day and I just couldn't tell them what had happened. I was so scared to tell them and I was so ashamed. Finally my mom had given me the ring and then I lose it? No. Noway I'm telling them๐Ÿ˜ณ! I did take it off apparently, and I'd put it on my desk, which I had predicted cause that would be the only time and reason I would take it off, before bedtime๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ’ค. When I'd woke up in panic, trying to find the ring I'd tried to clear my desk to see if I could find it. When a moved around things, such as my computer, it had stuck under the cover of my computer case and I couldn't see it๐Ÿ˜.

When you lose your phone you can always call it and then you can hear where it is but when you lose something else you can't do that. Those times when it's not your phone I just imagine the object, in my case my ring, lying wherever it is and just screaming: I AM HERE! HERE! LOOK OVER HERE๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿ™‹!

So the trip was fun haha๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚! We went to this castle (so many castles in this country). Apparently in the 1700 some rich dickhead bought the place and now this family lives there that have inherited the place. It was one of those places where back in the days it was a whole town living there, behind the walls๐Ÿฐ, It must've been the smallest town but still, cute๐Ÿ˜Œ! After looking around we went to the Holy Island that is located on an island, which you can only get to when the tide is low and we only had around 2 hours to look around before we had to leave before it was too late.

Well,

Cheers mate!

So Wednesday nights are game nights. This Wednesday it was rugby time๐Ÿ‰!

First the girls team were playing. It was Northumbria University against some other university I don't remember. After the girls it was time for the guys. During the girls game there were NO ONE there but when the guys were playing EVERYONE was there. I guess also because the guy were playing Northumbria University vs. Newcastle University. They are rivals๐Ÿ˜ˆ.

Northumbria were in the lead throughout the whole game but then in the LAST second of the game Newcastle score and wins the came with 1 score, ONE SCORE, COME ON๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜“! Oh well, it was a fun experience.

They had this thing that all the guys that had played in the team for two years were supposed to wear a pink shirt and the ones that had played for three years had a waistcoat. These guys had now graduated and was just cheering for their old uni team I think, don't now any other reason why they weren't playing. These guys were cheering better than the cheerleading team (I'll get back to them later๐Ÿ‘‡). They had this cheering song were they took of their shoes and was shouting something I never understood... But is was fun to watch.

So the cheerleading squad was also there, even during the girls game, but for no purpose, and they sucked at cheering. Sorry but not sorry, they have to know the truth and start to learn what cheering is about. Let me tell you what it's NOT about; sitting on the stands and do nothing. It's about CHEERING!!! Jump up and down, cheer on your team and have a routine you do at the side of the pitch during the game and not only during half game, for heaven's sake ๐Ÿ˜‘*facepalm*! Also, it was only the Northumbria cheerleaders team that was there, I didn't see Newcastle's team so I guess they'll get an A for (a)effort๐Ÿ˜•

They had a routine they performed during half game. I don't want to say it but that was the worst ting I've ever seen... I mean, no, I couldn't have done it better but I'm not a cheerleading so no one expect me to but they're... They were out of step with each other and the music, it was horrible to watch. I felt sorry for them, I did๐Ÿ˜.

I don't know the rules for this game but I learned a few things; when you score you get 5 points (if I remember it correctly) and depending on where behind the finish line you did your "touchdown" or whatever they call it, you back up 5 meters (I THINK) and form there you kick the "ball" and if you score between those while things you'll get 2 additional points. Maybe I don't remember the rules that good... And then I never understood why they did the spider, as I call it. They hook on to each other and push each other trying to get the "ball". WHATEVER, it was fun! I'll go again if there's another game, FOR SURE๐Ÿ‘!

Well,

Cheers mate!

So last week, school arranged a trip to Alnwick Castle were two or three scens from the first Harry Potter move were taken. I mean, yeah it was super cool to have been where they recorded the movie but I was more fascinated about the architecture. It was this huge castle made in like 1096. That is SICK! How did they do all the decorations with the stones, or lift the blocks to the highest point, or know how to do everything. Did they even know what a wall was back then, or a fan...? I might sound stupid but I'm amazed๐Ÿ˜ฎ.

(It's like that I didn't know about the tunnel between France and England UNDER THE WATER, which is like 50.2 miles. I don't know if they meant English miles though. They opened that tunnel up in 1994, WTF! I'm done๐Ÿ˜ถ.)

What happen is that when we were walking around the castle, we end up inside a library and the staff are telling us how old this place is and how we should walk around and look around. I'm think "okay, aren't they cute to guide us around and tell us where we should go and all". When looking around I'm amazed of how old this place is but looks so fresh and well kept. After a while I see this beanbag chair and react to it and think to myself "they didn't have those things back in the days, or did they". I continue to look around and I see multiple bottles of Coca Cola, soda, water, alcohol bottles such as Absolute Vodka (SWEDEN REPRESENTSโœŒ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช!). I start to wonder when I turn around and I see a flatscreen TV, and THEN I start too see all the family photos IN COLOUR of this family that APPARENTLY LIVES IN THIS HARRY POTTER CASTLE! FUCK ME FOR LOVING IN A LITTLE SHELTER BACK HOME IN SWEDEN๐Ÿ’ฉ!!!

This family lives there for 5 months and then they move to their second "home" in Scotland for 7 months so this place can be opened up for public. This is how they finance the place to keep it neat and tidy. To know, when walking around there, that I'm at this very moment walking around in someone "house" (I'll not stop putting them quotation marks up when writing house, cause that ain't a house!) was so weird so I just ran out! I thought this place belonged to a dead family, not a living one. I neither did know that they weren't home so my friend played my by saying that they might be at the bathroom or in their rooms but soon maybe want to watch TV and come downstairs, LOL, and I believed her๐Ÿ˜‚.

I found this if anyone are interested in read about what goes down there: https://www.alnwickcastle.com/explore/history/the-percy-family/percy-family-today .

Well,

Yesterday was Kanelbullens dag. For those who don't know what this day is about; it's a day where you eat cinnamon buns for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No joke! And for the one of you who do know what this day is about, I salute youโœŠ.

During the second week here we found a Swedish cafeteria where they're selling the most important things when not having a fully Swedish store, and I'm VERY grateful for this๐Ÿ™Œ.

For this special day there were not other place I would rather be then this place. When walking in there, it feels like... being in a Swedish embassy or something. If there would be a disaster of some sort and you had to find your embassy for protection, I would run to DALA (the name of the cafeteria) by mistake๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช!

The staff there knows us by now, and they're the sweetest ones๐Ÿ’œ.

We bought yourself's a cup of tea (of course, no shitty coffee in this country๐Ÿ˜ท, I hate coffee!), and the cinnamon bun, of course. With the tea he also gave us a gingerbread๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜! I hope that it was a complementary cause we were Swedes, I don't know but it melted my stone cold heart๐Ÿ’™ They still had the seatings outside, so we took a seat in the sun and just had a fab Kanelbullens dag๐Ÿ˜Žโ˜€.

I think this was the first time I celebrated this day properly๐Ÿ™Š.

Well,

Cheers

So I went to that meeting I wrote about weeeeeeeeks ago. I'm sorry about the delay. So he didn't want me to coach, that was a misunderstanding from my side, I think. What he wanted to do was to coach ME. He wants to prepare me for a fight... I've been trying to prepare myself for months to get a fight back home in Muay Thai, why or how can I start to trust someone I just met to prepare me for a fight in boxing....?๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

I did think that boxing would be easy, but daaaaaamn, I have to change my stands and all... Ain't nobody got time for that...๐Ÿ˜…

I did get excited about the idea but after the proposal, which I said yes to btw, I've only been to one session, and guess why? CAUSE I HURT MYSELF THE FIRST DAY! You might wonder why, well I'll tell you why.๐Ÿ‘บ

โ€‹Back home and in MANY different clubs they uses mitts. These are the things someone holds up for you. which you then will throw punches at. Some people don't use the big model, the rectangular one, but maybe the smaller and rounder one. Some does not use mitts at all but those who don't know what the risks are and what you should do to minimise injures, trust me I've practice with all the three different methods above so I know the drill, not to brag but... Yeah. During the first session here, were the majority are beginners they decided to NOT use any kind of mitts at all. First I though "maybe they don't have any because this it's a school team and they might not have the budget for it", but I was wrong๐Ÿ˜•. I saw a bunch of them in a carriage๐Ÿ˜. The trick not to hurt yourself or the one you're holding the mitts for is to meet the punch. It means that when the other person comes in for a jab or a cross or whatever you will do the same but maybe not with the same power. This is not knowledge a lot of the beginners obtain and its understandable but they should be told right awayโ˜.
โ€‹So I'm pared up with this beginner that's originally a runner๐Ÿ˜‘. She doesn't punch as you're supposed to (which is something you'll have to get used to when you are practicing with beginners, but they'll get there eventually) and I'll not tell her how, first time I see her. When it's my turn to throw the punches she do not meet the punches and she also moves around at the same time cause she is afraid of getting hit in the face๐Ÿ‘Š. Now, everyone might do mistakes even something who are good at it BUT I have veeery seldom hit someone in the face when they hold a mitts for me, the correct way. If you move around the chances of me score a "head shoot" is much bigger than if you would've just stayed still๐Ÿ’. Just a note for next time, whatever your name was. So yeah, back to my injury. When the person don't meet your punch you might get hurt and also the other person. The other person; cause when they recieve the punch it will be some sort of a bounce effect on their arm and that can later develop an injury if you don't stop letting the arm bounce, in your shoulder. For me on the more important hand, will try to hit her hand with all my power and technics to learn (of course), the pain will hit my elbow, especially my jab arm (left arm if I'm right handed). Try to punch the air couple of times and see what happens, in a while it feels like, PAINFUL๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ฐ! So now you know. I haven't been there for 2 weeks now... I should maybe say something to my coach...

Well,

Cheers mate!

I HATE people that do promotion because they have this personality or this attitude, I do not know what it is with them but it is something that I do not like. Days before I came to England, this cute guy added me on Facebook. Adam told me right away that he was a promoter. A couple of days after I had arrived I get a message from this guy about a promo job. I did not know if I wanted to do it at first but later I thought, why not! So I told him yes. He told me to change my cover photo, so if you (Facebook friends) were wondering why I had changed my cover photo to the one I have now you now know why. He told me to first come along one night to see how everything works and then after freshers week was over I would be able to start doing jobs and get payed, WOHOO! (I am selling my soul!)โ€‹. At this point I do not know much and he will contact me soon again, I do not know how this will turn out to be either, but it might be fun!

Stay tuned for more event promos, lol
