It is now signed, sealed and delivered! On the 1st of October 2017 I move in to this beauty of an apartment which I will live in until the end of my studies. I am already planning out and looking up studio interior design ideas on Pinterest. But that will have to be in another post.
I am planning on moving things abound a little.
Firstly, why is the sofa in the way of the bed? And why is the sofa in the direction of the kitchen instead of the TV? I plan on placing the sofa in the middle of the room, closer to the TV, and then moving the desk out of the way.
Secondly, there is not really any place to sit down and eat, is there? So, the plan is to but a small table with 2-3 chairs behind the sofa. That way I can eat breakfast and watch Netflix at the same time! Genius, right? 😉
Thirdly and lastly (for now), I want to somehow create the illusion that there is a bedroom within the studio. The best solution that I have come up with is to apply a tension curtain rod, and a curtain, from one side of the room to the other. The rod would be placed between the walls parallel to the bed as seen in the larger picture.
What do you think? Any suggestions?
Until next time!
