Sorry for not uploading in a while. I've gone to Italy that's why and I have a lot going in school too but I'm back!

So today I just wanted to talk about the different pills/vitamins I take everyday or at least try to take everyday.
Firstly I take omega 3 (fish oil), I take this for manly two reasons. The first one is that I don't really eat a lot of fish since I don't enjoy the taste and by not eating a certain food especially fish there's a lot of different things that you you don't get from other foods that you get from eating fish. Since a lot of different acids that your body needs comes from what you eat because your body can't produce all of them. Omega 3 helps to build up your brain cells and helps with reducing inflammation in your body, it also reduces the chances of different illnesses in your heart and veins. It can also help with people that suffers with depression since it makes your serotonin (a feel good substance) increase.
Omega 3 is very easy to get your hands on, just go to your closest pharmacy and they will for sure have it!
The next vitamin I take is vitamin B, vitamin B is something that's very good for your appearance for example your hair, nails and skin.
Just like the Omega 3, vitamin B is very important for your body to consume if you want a healthy lifestyle and generally feel good. If you don't consume enough vitamin B (especially B12and B6) you can suffer from, tiredness, depression, dizziness, numbness and irritability. You can get Vitamin B from fish, meat, egg, some vegetables and fruits but sometimes that won't be enough for your body, that's why you have to take the vitamin as a pill. Vitamin B12 is something you need for your red blood bodies and metabolism and for your muscles to get fast energy. Since you only consume B12 from food that comes from animals there's a higher risk for people that's vegan or vegetarian to get lack of B12. If you get lack of B12 when you're a child/teen then it can affect your growth and development. As a adult you can get anaemia (lack of blood), worse immune system and changes in the mucous membrane.
The vitamin B you can also get easily from a pharmacist but especially B12 you need a doctors permission since it should only get taken from people that has a lack or B12. But if you buy Vitamin B you get all the different vitamin B that you need including B12.
The last pill I take is supradyn, it helps with eye problems, nails, skin infection and metabolising proteins. Supradyn Tablet contains Magnesium Oxide, Manganese Sulphate, Sodium Borate, Sodium Molybdate, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin H, and Zinc Sulphate as active ingredients. Which is really good for your "appearance" and feeling good.
So i was going to Upload a workout this weekend since i filmed everything that i Did in the gym some days ago and now when have edit it doesn't upload here.. so I think I'll upload it to YouTube later on tosay or tomorrow and then just post the link here!

Since this is my first post I'm just going to tell you a bit about myself. I'm 16 years old, live in Luxembourg and I love working out and try to do so at least a few times a week. So this will just go out on me kinda showing what I do to improve my body and explaining how I do the things and how to not do the things wrong. I'm not saying I'm an expert but I know quite a lot about what to do and what not to!
