I am feeling poorly still. My hands looks horrific (looks worse in real life) and so does my eyelids and lips.I never had eczema on my lips before, which is really strange. I need to see a doctor soon. Hopefully they can sort me out. I read someone who had same problem as me, started a gluten-free diet and they felt so much better afterwards. I think it could have something to do with my diet to be honest. I had a little bit too much pizza when I was on holiday. Luckily my groceries will be delivered tomorrow. New healthy stuff in the fridge! :) xxx
On my way to work I witnessed a crime scene. Blue/white bands covering an area of the park next to the big road I usually walk on. A park bench were covered. I told some people about it and they told me I should never walk in that park (which I never have for over the year I have been living here) as there is lots of dodgy things going on there. Someone got shot there for a while ago. Yeah the area where I am staying is not the greatest where you can't leave the door unlocked over night.
Anyways. Work went alright. Learned how to cash up at the end of the day, which was fun! :)
I still feel poorly. I hope I will get better soon. I want to get back to the gym!
I have been sick for a couple of days. And just because I have been bed bounded I downloaded some new games from the app store. I found these two that I came absolutely obsessed with! the first one: Word Up. Really good training for your brain and its so fun! Apart from when I can't figure out the word of course, haha.
A quick fashion illustration I made for a couple of weeks ago
Some pictures when me and my boyfriend visited his parents house the other day
Strawberry Yogurt Bark - Ingredients:
- Yogurt (we used honey Greek Yogurt)
- *Dried strawberries
* We used freeze dried strawberries, available in many supermarkets. You can use fresh fruit, or even nuts, or any mix-in's of your choice. I chose to use dried to keep the moisture/mushy feel and frozen texture down since the bark is frozen.
Step 1. Line a flat pan with sides with parchment paper and spread evenly with yogurt, make sure it's not too thin so that it breaks easily. I would say about 3/8 of an inch thick is good.
Step 2. Sprinkle with your mix-in (fruit, nuts, etc)
Step 3. Freeze for a few hours until completely frozen. Ours took about 4 hours for an 8" square pan, but of course it will depend on the size of your pan. Remove from frozen yogurt from the pan and peel off the parchment paper. Break into pieces.
After 1,5 hour at the gym some nice lunch is well deserved. For lunch I had sweet potato with grated carrots, fried peppers and some quorn fillets (marinated with lemon zest, salt, pepper, cinnamon and herb salt). I am obsessed with mashed sweet potato and quorn fillets at the moment.
Had a friend over yesterday, we watched a couple of chick flicks and I made some dinner. Got a compliment for my cooking which really made my day :) xxx
This is probably the funniest shit I have ever heard, lol. I am dying of laughter.
After the trip in Brighton, I felt I needed a change with my lifestyle. I signed up for a gym membership (me and my boyfriend) with a pretty good gym equipment's, a swimming pool, coaching and a spa comes with it. I think it will be good! Time to get in shape as I was before I started at university. University made me more chubby and lazy. Time for change!
Hopefully in the autumn I will get a new appointment for an opportunity to do a breast-reduction. Hopefully everything will fall into place this time. xxx
Too bad we had no time to do some sunbathing or swimming in the ocean. Our train was leaving in just a few hours so just chillin on the beach with ice cream had to do...
And I can tell that my hair is in a desperate need of a re-do. Haven't colored my hair in over 6 months!!! Waiting until a closer date to October. As I would like it to be a nice birthday present.
