Hello sunshine! A lot of things are going on here in London. Me and the other students recently got the news that put many of us in fear and anger. They've sold our school to Regents College. We are not sure what is going to happen. Higher fees? Is it possible for us to take loan threw them? I've heard so many things that our fees will go up from 9.000 pounds a year to 14.000 pounds a year, also that Regents College do not except fanancial support through the governament. Therefore, I, as a student have to threw out 14K a year from my own pockets. If that's the case I can no longer continue my studies at AIU. I am angry, have I spent 9.000 pounds for nothing? I've also heard I can no longer get an American degree and a British Degree. I now have to choose which one I want to get.
Many students parents are flying in from different parts of the world to join the meeting with Regents College today. Me as many others, will be there today. Hopefully we will get facts about what is going to happen to us.
I've been trying to watch New Girl online however it's either in the middle or by the end of the episode the whole thing stops so I'll never see the ending. So frustraiting. However, I've been trying to tidy up my room today still there is lot of things that needs to be done. A part of me is to lazy to even bother who rather wanna lay in bed and chill the whole day. And actually this is the day for a very long time I've been able to enjoy a full day of doing nothing without having panic attacks. So, a big step for me!
Another thing: Can't wait until Monday when it's pay day!
Yesterday when I came to work I got by a surprise a goodie bag from our top manager! Filled with happiness and she was pleased with my input from the model store the other day. Best thing ever! :) lots of love xx
Good day. Woke up for about an hour ago. I've been laying in bed and I'll continue doing so because later today I'll be doing a night shift and won't be home until 8am the next day. So I'll lay in bed, watch family guy and do some work in my sketchbook. lazy and productive day at the same time. SCORE!
An addition to that, I had a look around my room and discovered that it needs a tidy up. Over and out xx
They are pretty much one of the coolest animals on this planet and I just adore them. Especially the little baby owl who gets pet in the beginning of this movie. I just wish I had an owl myself. I would name him Sheldon and he would be my awesome pet. My companion who would just sit on my shoulder and just look awesome :)
Good day everyone. I spend this morning drawing some designs and listen to Rihanna on repeat. I am about to pack up my stuff and get ready for uni. I am looking forward to sew my shorts. Hopefully this lesson or the next one I'll be finished and I promise I'll show you the final results. Further more I am going to bring my camera with me today. I am thinking of taking some night city pictures near Big Ben. I just love the contrast between darkness and lights.
Anyways, I hope you'll have a good day today. Lots of love xx
I am busy busy busy all the time. There is always something that I am up to, and some people wonder how I have the energy for it. I have no idea to be honest, I just do! Today I got Uni in the afternoon, after that I am going to Selfridges and having a look around Balenciaga and take down some notes for the presentation. And I have to get a new piercing because I lost mine when I was at work yesterday. :(
Wednesday: I have uni again from 2 - 6.30 but I'll probably stay there until 10pm. At that time I am having sewing techinques, so I'll be working on my shorts that hopefully will make it into the fashion show! :) Thursday: Work in the morning, then Uni and straight after that I am doing a photo shoot. Note: Exciting! Friday: Work + some catch up with uni. Saturday: Full day at work Sunday: LEY IN! (hopefully if I do not have work!) thank goodness, haha. Having a walk around Brick Lane with my mate Alex. I love Brick Lane because they have loads of cosy cafés and vintage stores. And Sundays are the best day of the week to be spent around that area.
I just tried out one of my lenses that I haven't used in ages! Can't believe I haven't used it that much because I just love the depth into it and also how the light reflects as well. Just a perfect lense for portraits, or what do you think? :)
