Hi!

Today I went hiking with some family that is currently visiting, and I got some awesome photos! So today I'm gonna show you some Norwegian nature, in one of its prettiest seasons; summer. I love to be in nature during summer, because there is so much life and everything is so beautiful. It's rather therapeutic to just walk in nature, and since I'm so easily cold I prefer summertime, contrary most people who find it way too hot.

So today we decided to take a hike up through the woods and hills above my moms childhood home, going all the way up to a water called "Black Water". Yeah, very inviting name for a lake, right? On our way up we stopped by an old cabin that used to belong to some family friends of my grandparents, which is now abandoned and fallen apart.

Good morning!

I really love fashion, and when I went to Tokyo I got to realize some of my outfit ideas, which are not very wearable here in Norway. So this is what I wore to Tokyo for out 3 weeks:

I'm back in Norway, after 3 wonderful weeks in Japan~ And as it does feel good to be back home, I do miss the warmth and the life that was in Tokyo. Going from 30 degrees celsius, down to 13 degrees in kind of a bummer.

Traveling from Tokyo to Oslo took us 16 hours, if you add the 2 hours wait in London. Then we had to sleep at the Gardemoen airport until our train the next day. It was actually not that bad. Sleeping at the airport. We stayed there from around 11pm until our train at 8.30am the next morning. Then we had a 6 hours + 3 hours train ride, followed by a 3 hour long drive. Including all the waiting, we traveled for about 2-3 days. 😂

It felt great to jump head first into my own bed that night!

I've now been back for about a week, and I've gotten back in the rhythm, almost. And the weather is finally warming up too! Today was 30 degrees outside, which was the same as in Japan, so I was very happy. I love the warmth! ❤

Now I'm going to go to bed, since we are having family staying, and we are going hiking in the mountains ^^ So I need to sleep💤

Good morning from Tokyo!

I just took a shower and am now eating my breakfast, while my traveling roomie is still fast asleep. Since we stay at hotel without a breakfast buffet, we have to get our breakfast the night before, so we always stop by a kombini on out way back. Todays breakfast consists of a shot of yakult, an egg-sandwich and a big bottle of water. If you don´t know what yakult is, it is a little bottle of probiotic dairy product, which tastes very good. I love yakult! It's an easy way to get probiotics into my everyday, Especially when I'm traveling.

This was my breakfast from last week, to the left you see the little bottle of yakult. I started eating before I thought of taking a picture of today breakfast... 🐵

Today we are going to go visit Silje's former host family. She had an exchange year in Japan 2 years ago, so I'm gonna join her in visiting them today. It will be fun!

So now I'm going to go get ready for the day~ Need to put on my face😂

👇Hello!

My name is Gulli, and this is my new blog. So who am I? Hopefully you will get to know me through this blog, but I'll tell you a little bit about myself first now.

I am a 21 year old university student from Norway. I am starting my third year in my bachelor in history. On my free time I love to play around with makeup and try out new stuff. I spend most of my days with my roommates or friends, mostly just goofing around, but I also try to make my way up to university and go to some lectures!

I am currently staying in Tokyo for three weeks, so I will write about that soon. Really like it here, and have been playing with the idea of moving here for a while. But that is for the future... 👼

This is me btw👇👇

I hope you will follow me on my adventures~
