Today i want to share with you guys how to lose weight!
Nowadays we all want to have a fit body, but don't know how to do that. Many of us think that it doesn't work at all but be patient, so don't stress out and dont worry.. You still can lose weight by doing these 11 simple things without the stress. To lose weight is actually easy if you know the key. Basically, a person's weight depends on the intake of calories in and how much spending calories through activities of the body..
Here is a few step to lose your weight. I know its not that easy but its never wrong to try. 😉
1. Drink water before meals.
Drink water before meals is very effective in losing weight. Why is that? to drink water before eating it can give full effect, which in turn will make you unwilling to eat food in large portions. Sometimes, when we are hungry we will immediately rush and grab some food or even look for foods that are high in calories to eat. In fact, it may be that you feel the thirst instead of hunger. So, when the hunger strike, you should tackle first with drinking water.
2. Note! don't ever skip or forget your breakfast!
Many people who think that fast way to slim down by lower daily food portions such as missed breakfast. In fact, it actually will make you hungry and eating lots of snacks throughout the day, especially when the body begins to feel trembling from hunger. So dont ever skip breakfast, eat your breakfast every morning with lot of vitamin like egg, fruit juice, banana, bread and milk.
3. Eat in smaller portions
You can use plates or bowls are smaller than normal when you eating. Eat in small portions, which means the number of calories in the body is lower. Although eat in small portions, you actually still be satisfied as long as eating slower. Eating slowly can stimulate the brain that we are full. Eat in small portions (4-5) times a day would be better to lose weight, than you eat large meals even though only 3 times a day.
4. Eat the right food!
Weight loss diet is best for you are that you eat protein and high in fiber food, protein can make the body feel full longer. In addition, protein can help burn fat in the body. Eat protein foods like egg whites, yoghurt, meat with out fat (lean meat), seafoods, soy or nuts. Fibrous foods also can make your body full longer, but it is lower in calories.
5. No need to hate the food you like
You don't have to hate the actual food you like. For example, you like to eat snack cakes, you can buy it in the small amount ,rather than a jar. Simple things like this can make you do not spend excessive amounts.
6. Enough of sleep
Our bodies can basically produce hormones that can push ahead us to more appetite when lack of sleep. This can lead to weight gain.
7. Avoid dinner
I know it sound harsh but it's the truth. :) Dinner will only make your body become swollen. When it's night the body doesn't do much physical activity, so if you eating calorie foods it will be converted into fat instead of energy. Try not to eat past 18:00 pm.
8. Cut down sugary foods!
Sweet foods gives more energy than the calories or protein, however, the improving of glucose in the body due to sugary foods is not good for health, especially for your weight.
9. Keep mealtime
What i mean by that is keep the same meal time everyday, because of that your body learn the time it's get hungry everyday at same time. Eat regularly and don't skip meals it is very important in losing weight. Remember, not eating regularly will make you more hungry and tend to overeat.
10. Be active!
It is no secret that exercise be one way to lose weight the most effective. Exercise can help cut the extra fat in the body. Burning fat is what can make your weight to be more ideal, do exercises such as walking, cycling, running at least 150 minutes per week.
11. Commitment to lose weight, it is important!
Why do I say that commitment is important? yes becouse for all the ways to lose weight will not be effective if you don't have a strong commitment to do so. Maybe this week you will be diligently exercise, a healthy diet, and more. However, the second week habit was suddenly gone so it's so important to have a strong commitment inside you.
believe me i have try it and it's works, i lose my weight in 1 month but its takes time so be patient.
