Today we had a sport-activity-day where you could choose from all kinds of things to do. Me and my friends decided that we wanted to ski so we went to Sälen.
At 6 o'clock (am) the bus left the school and it takes about four hours to get there so we had plenty of time to sleep, eat and so on. When we finally got there I asked my friend if she could bring my helmet so I could get my skis(I had to rent them this time). And when we got to the cabin where we could change, I asked her about the helmet and she said she thought I said that I was gonna give it to her (and then bring it to me). So it was left in the bus. Great. I was a little pissed at first but then I decided to do the best out of it anyway.
The workers at the rental was really kind and handed me a helmet to borrow for free. My friends then gave me their extra glasses and face-warmer(?). Sometimes you really have to appreciate what you got and I have friends who let me get angry for a while but then they got me thinking of other things. So except for the things with the helmet and glasses I had a great day. Perfect wether and conditions to ski in.
Newsflash, today is Valentine's Day. Or the day for the couples to appreciate each other a little more than usual. For me it's the day when I'm make some good food or snack and watch movies. Just a day like everyone else I suppose. But anyways. My mum gave me a little valentines gift which included bath oil, tiger balm, massage oil, chocolate and so on. A spa kit for her and I to use some day.
After that I decided to start of the day with a healthy breakfast with fruit. And because we had quite a few kiwis that we're starting to get bad, I sliced them up and mixed them with some raspberries to put in my yoghurt. It almost looks better than it tasted but it was pretty good and simple to do.
Today me and my best friend decided to have a little photoshoot in the snow. We had planned that as soon as the snow returned we would go outside and take some photos. So we did and here are some of the photos.
Thought I would share with you that I'm going to Belgium in two weeks. It's a school project which means that some students go to a country and will learn about cultures, history and to improves their english.
As I said before I'm going to Belgium, to Ostende, and will stay at one of the students from Belgium for a week. During the week we will have presentations and look ourself around in both Brussels and Ostende. I'm probably gonna share some photos from that when I have time.
As some of you know, me and my family have as a "tradition" to leave Sweden when the cold hits and escape from everything for a while.
It's a reward for all of our hard work that had to be done during 2015, especially for my mum.
I'm sorry if 'someone' have wanted me to update this blog after my LA trip, but I've simply haven't gotten time to do so. I'm now thinking of trying to publish at least my drawings here and perhaps some photos from my life. 🌴🌴
Here comes pictures from universal and six flags. I know it's a bit late since I got home the 2ond of August but I have to catch up with this. 🌴
On one of the pictures above you can see settings from to "Back to the future". Can you guess which one?
Now some pictures from six flags which has some of the biggest and craziest rollercoasters in the world. Next to there is a watermark that you can enter. But you have to pay for that. Keep that in mind as I thought that it only was to go in there. Because I'm not really in to big rollercoasters I was quite disappointed about the water park.
It's based in the dessert but I dint find it that hot really.
Last Thursday we were at Huntington Beach. It was really pretty. We are going back there this Friday to get some last sun before we return to Sweden, Norway, Finland or Denmark.
Last Monday we went to Disney. We spent all day there and got really tired and sweaty. It was like 35 degrees, I think.
I kinda like posting the photos late just because then I get reminded of what things we do here. It's a lot to take in.
I'm gonna try to catch up with the days and pictures. This week have been really full with things and I haven't had the energy to update or so. But now I got the pictures to in my iPad so I'm probably posting some more tomorrow.
I haven't been active for a few days because my internet hasn't been working well. But now I'm in the hospital so I finally have wifi. Ok, let me explain. For about 2 days I've had something like ear infection. So today we went to the hospital to look it up. And it was an infection. So now I have to eat antibiotics and take ear drops. You can say I haven't had that much luck over here. But that doesn't really matter. I'm having a good time here. They had some lovely workers on the hospital as well so it wasn't scary or anything.
Just wanted to give you guys a little update and tell you what's going on. Pictures from the past days is coming soon. Pinky promise
