Unfortunately my last week was so busy that I had no time for a jog, however I had some spare time this Sunday so I decided to use it for recreation, which means exercise. As usual I ran about 2 kilometers and after I did some push-ups, squats and planks. What was very noticeable is that it was difficult for me to remain in the same tempo and focus on breathing at the same time. Thanks to good music and hoping for the best I managed to run the distance in less than 15 minutes. People who run regularly know the feeling of pure joy after finishing the distance. It is due to the release of endorphins. Boost of energy I receive after exercise is absolutely outstanding. I would never change it for anything.
