Well the fall is officially here and to celebrate it, we decided to bake and enjoy an American apple pie!

This pie is super tasty and includes spices which make's it a little bit stingy with a spicy flavour. It's super tasty to eat as it is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 0.85 cups of hazelnuts

0,85 cups of pumpkin seeds

0,4 cups of sesame seeds

0,2 cups of chia seeds

0,4 cups of shredded coconut

0,4 cups of coconut flakes

0,2 cups of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of cardamom

1 teaspoon of vanilla powder


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil and pour it over the dry ingredients, stir until well combined. Pour the muesli on a baking sheet and bake at the lower part of the oven in about 20 minutes, stir sometimes. Let the muesli cool completely. Bon appétit!



Good morning beautiful people of the world, long time no see! Hope you’re having a great morning! It’s been a while since we last posted but here we are again, full of energy! So yesterday me, myself and I decided to bake some more cinnamon buns, because why not? No, I actually had a reason. I was asking my grandma a few days ago if she needed some help with organizing her apartment and she said yes please! And to be extra nice I brought some freshly baked cinnamon buns to her! I used a recipe from a girl called Frida and I think the buns turned out pretty good actually, at least my grandma loved them! I made myself some sort of vegetable mix, as I call it, for lunch today. I saw this recipe on tv a while ago and I´ve all ready cooked it a few times. Super easy, just takes some time to chop everything into pieces. Really recommend you to try it out because it´s delicious! Today I skipped the grains and it turned out really good too! To celebrate the first of October we decided to make some pumpkin spice latte! It tasted so amazing, but it take's some time to make it, therefor a tip is to prepare the pumpkin puree a day or two before or buy a made one in the store. Do you want to make it aswell? Here is our recipe:

For two portions you will need: ⬇

1/2 cup of water

1/2 a teaspoon of cloves

1 teaspoon of cardamom

1/3 cup of cooked butternut pumkin puree

1 teaspoon of grounded ginger

1 teaspoon of cinamon

1 1/2 tablespoons of honey

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder

1 2/3 cups of Latte milk.

1/4 cup of espresso

Topp it with whipped cream and sprinkled cinamon.

Start cooking:

(If you haven't bought pumkin puree start at number 1 if you have start at 3.)

1⃣: Peel the pumpkin and cut it into smaller pieces. ( If you want to you can save the pumpkin seeds and roast them in the oven together with some seasalt and sunfloweroil, it tastes amazing!)

2⃣: Boil the pumpkin in a sauspan until it's soft, poor of the water and mixed it into a puree.

3⃣: Boil up water, cloves and cardamom, take of from the heat and let it be for 10 minutes under a lid.

4⃣: Strain away the spices through a strainer. Boil the liquid until it' only 1/5 cup left.

5⃣: Add the pumpkin puree, grounded ginger and cinamon. Roast under stir, it should almost start burn into the saucepan.

6⃣: Add honey, vanilla powder and some of the milk. Stir until all the lumps are gone, add the rest and keep stirring until thickens. Watch so it dosen't burn.

7⃣: Mix with a handmixer until the pumpkin milk is foamy.

8⃣: Divide the coffe into two mugs, add the pumpkin milk and top it all of with some whipped cream and cinnamon.
