Working on getting my front and middle splits going, in order to get better at my flexy tricks. Strength tricks were always my strong suit but flexibility has been my struggle. My new routine is to do ten to fifteen minutes of stretching just after I wake up in the morning and after just two weeks, I am seeing results already. Excited to see where this can take me. Only just over two weeks left in Cyprus and I'm hoping to get a few more pole sessions in before I go.
