I know I have been absent from my blog a little bit lately, it's hard getting used to something like this! So bare with me!!

I'm hiking it back to Sunday! Which was my rest day from the gym! It was must needed because I've been so sore! Just a reminder for you guys that rest days are key and you're body need to rest and refuel! Although it's called a rest day doesn't necessarily mean you can be a couch potato, well at least in my mind! So on Sunday I decided to try golfing, so my boyfriend, my mom and dad went to the golf course! I actually did pretty good for my first time! 😋 trying new things is so much fun! You never know what you could be good at without trying!!

After working out all week doing HIIT training, today was by far the hardest day! I worked out with a friend and we did;

Hanging leg raises
Side plank with tuck
One armed snap jumps
Split squats into tuck jump into burpees

4 sets, x20 x16 x10 x6

My goodness was I exhausted after!! But I have never felt better after a workout! I love trying new things and pushing my self until I can't anymore, makes me feel AMAZING!

The hardest part about everyone's fitness and healthy journey is having a clean diet! trust me, I know from experience and even until this day I have my slips, but that's life!

Only having clean hearty food in your house is key. If you don't have those bad foods, you won't be temped to eat them!

This is what my fridge looks like after going grocery shopping!! Loving how colorful it is :) keeps me motivated just looking at it!

Today marks the day of my very first blog post, and I could not be more excited!

I thought by making a blog would be a great opportunity for myself and others! I am motivated by health and wellness and everything else that this amazing life has to offer!

Health and wellness is a huge part of my life and I would like to inspire others to follow the path I am to try and better themselves and others around them because there is nothing better than being healthy and happy!
