After my quick and sad goodbye with Australia, I ended up suffering a four month long hell living in London.I have not only had the worst time of my life, but also the best since I have met the love of my life that I wanna spend the rest of my life with. After 4 months of hard work in Londons deepest ghettoes LOL, we have decided to go to carribbean for some diving, scooter rides and crazy nights with locals. I guess at least a couple of people in Jamaica would like to share a J with us lol..

After living in 13 different places in 4 months, it has pretty much felt like iv been backpacking around London. hahahahaha..anyone coming to London? ask me for more guided tours!!

USA here we come :)

I just got back from Egypt, after 10 days backpacking with a v good friend of mine. We had an amazing time and I learnt so much about myself..I got to see one of the worlds 7 wonders, the pyramids! It was an amazing feeling.

Now Im back in London, 1 month after my sad and quick goodbye with Australia, which had been my home for the past 1.5 years.

Life in London is grey, crowded, huge and expensive. Not many people talk so eachother or make out in the street. Its quite dead! I miss Australia alot or that reason. Although Im quite happy! Because right now Im making music together with a producer. My music will be released on spotify and such within 6 months, and my stage name is LEXIE. Im so excited, this has always been my dream, ever since I was a little kid. Im pretty much just floating around, doing barjobs etc and putting all my focus on   my fitness and my choice to eventually become a vegan. Im trying as hard as I can right now, not eating meet or animal products, but living in a hostel without a kitchen makes my veganlife very hard. Once I have found a flat It will be no problem to become a vegan.

Life in London also made it easier when I met a guy in a hostel, who pretty much totally changed my views on life. I have never met a person like him before. I miss him..

Things never turn out the way you plan them. That's why its best to never ever plan the future, because the future doesn't exsist.

When I got to Sydney airport from Taiwan I was not allowed inside the country again. It was hard for me to take that, with all my friends there, my job, my flat and the sunny weather that was waiting for me. It's crazy how your life over just one night can change so dramatically. I had been on a plane for about 50 hours when I finally arrived in London airport. Taiwan-Singapore-Sydney-abudabi-London.

Im at the moment seeing a friend for a few days in Swindon, a place 2 hours outside of London, For Halloween Im going to see my cousins that I have not seen for 3 years. cant wait :)

I;m not planning on staying in London for very long tho. Maybe a few months. I don't like the weather here, although Im quite excited for a cold and snowy Christmas, which I haven't experienced for 2 years. Now I need to find a job, and somewhere to stay but until then Im gonna chill for a couple of weeks, seeing some friends and enjoy the clouds haha

When it feels like your life is rocking, no matter what day it is, then you know you r living life right! I Seriously don't know what day it is today and dont care. I Have felt like this for About a year. its crazy..
and I always forget about how old I Am..I Tend to think "19" all the time..cos that was when my life forever changed.

for me its 3 kinds of people in this world.
1. people who don't travel
2. people who travels
3. backpackers

these people are like 3 different creatures. with nothing incommon whatsoever. only real backpackers know what I'm talking About. We have different views on life.

I'm not gonna dig too deep into this.
what I'm saying is that when you have found your catogory, life really rocks. you dont have to search Anymore or look for very long for new best friends becos you know where they are and you know where you belong. In my case, its in a hostel, on the road, with a backpack. I hope you will find your right spot too.

xiexie Taiwan!

I Have no idea what that translation is but whatever..I Drove 60 km on my scooter today! its a goddamn addiction. I found so many cute hotspots with such colorful houses..I Spent my night on the beach, getting drunk of just a few mojitos lol
where is the weed in this country? not in kenting thats for sure..

Yesterday night I met these supersweet taiwaneese girls in a music bar. its crazy how you can still communicate with people through google translate, bodymoves and eyecontact..I Ended up going all in, after just 2 margaritas, singing karaoke! and then driving scooter home, still a little drunk, in the rain..

tomorow I Will go Back to the captial, taipei, and spend the last 5 days with my best friend..before heading back to Sydney..

I Had a very emotional moment today when I By myself sat on a Stonewall looking out over the Most amazing view, I Have probably ever seen. it was not just the view. It was the moment. It was nature all around me, fantastic ocean, small cute houses, and a peacefulness iv never felt before. it came out music notes from a small beachhouse behind me. it was a beatles song called: yesterday..no voice..just Notes..and quiet surroundings..just few taiwaneese old people in there small houses abit furher away. I have never felt that peacefulness in my heart before. it was wonderful. i was so present..Only the present excisted..I was so happy that i started crying..not only one tear, but a river.

i realised how much fear i had gone through to reach that moment.
I Have a few fears in life. sharks, spiders, darkness, lonelyness, open water, heights and traficjam. no matter how many times I have put myself in my fears, Im still terrified of these, but yet not dead. but out of this came my biggest happiness so far..the belief in myself. the more you do stuff that scares you, the more you gonna love yourself and Believe that you can do anything with your life.

even tho im terrified of the roads, and that i one day might die in a scooter accident, i still cant live without the feeling of a breeze in my face, driving a scooter on a nowhere-going road. the feeling of freedom..noone can deny that we all want freedom. but noone is free today. we are all slaves to the society. we are all slaves to our boss who pays us every week. the Money we will spend on a (in many cases) unnessasarry smartphone to entertain ourselfs with when we feel lonely. noone wants lonelyness. but there is a huge difference between lonelyness and beeing alone. nowadays people are not Only scared of lonelyness but also of beeing alone. so scared that they cant even sit on a bus, looking out by the Window, without having either a screen in their face, a phone on their ear or Music in their headphones. People are scared of getting to know themselves, because they know they are all slaves in the end of the day with a lot of "have to's". but how are we supposed to love ourselfes when we do stuff we dont really want to? how Are we supposed to get to know ourselfs when we are not allowed to go against the crowd or do what we REALLY want to.

what i mean with this is to: try to find out what YOU really want to do with ur life.
you have more freedom than what you think. anything, litterly ANYTHING is possible as long as you Believe in yourself. and that comes out from facing your fears over and over and over again. and you gotta do it ALONE

yesterdays adventure in sun moon lake ended up with me retning a bike, and thought i would be able to bike all around the lake in 2 hours. after 2 hours I had only reached About 15% of the distance! it was getting dark and i had to hitchhike (with my bike) back to the startPoint. thank god for nice taiwanese people!

today when i reached caohshiung trainstation my intention was to take a bus to taiwans Southern part, kenting. instead i got filmed by a taiwan TV news team, who wanted me to bless the people that had died from a bomb (reason underclear cos they spoke chineese w me) LOL
luckily a guy from hong kong helped me with translation, and after that we took a taxi to kenting instead. it was like 2 hour ride but only cost me 14$! I Love asia!!
i checked in to a hostel and rented a scooter and drove around. ended up meeting two guys from holland on the road and we drove to a nightmarket. on the menu there was duckhead, Chickenheart, snails (which they blew dry with a hairdryer!!), WHOLE occtopus on a stick, and all sorts of organs from animals..i passed!! and found beef w FROZEN broccoli in a corner..i have survived on milk from 7eleven and fruit for the past week so quite nice w some variation.

today I have experienced a whole lot of weird stuff. I took as told a shuttle bus to the national park. got off at wrong station so there were no pushbikes for rent at all..ended up hitchhiking all day between the different trails, scenic views. I went to around 10 different stops and have walked approx 20km today. totally exhausted! I met a german girl that I hitchhiked w quite a fair bit and we saw (what I believe was) a babboon! not quite sure but it had a red ass lol..i also saw beautiful hang bridges between the gorge! one of them quite far up and very old! (obviously not in use).. my last stop of the day was apparently one of the world's wonders! had no idea..maybe cos it looked like a fairytale..
to be a western person in taiwan (even in the woods) u will get Alot of attention..its quite annoying when people take pics of u, without letting u know..at least they cud say: cheese!

over all, taiwan people are EXTREMELY helpful and nice and only gives u smiles on their lips :)

tonight I had dinner w a frensh guy, and I accedently bought a dish that was meant to be shared between like 4 people...anyway..it was just like $20..finally going to bed and tomo awaits..a new trainride somewhere in taiwan!! surprise!!

THAT is a good description of me in think. especially today..

my best friend took me in a cab to taipei trainstation. (I expected simular standard as in thailand) but no..taipei station was modern and slightly MORE developed than my native country, Sweden. when the train arrived I got really surprised of how comfy the train seemed to be. plenty of feet-space, comfy chair, clothes hooks that were reglateable and an English voice that spoke whenever the train was about to reach every stop. they even had a breastfeeding seperate room on board and believe it or not, even the toilets had toiletpaper, soap, toiletseat paper, electronic flush, window and clean as hell! not even swedish trains are that developed. the trainride turned out to be one of the comfiest once I've ever had!

anyway..so where was I heading to? well, accoarding to a travelblog I read, there is a national park, called toroko NP, 40 min outside of hualien city. so I got of there and checked into a hostel. (leaving for toroko NP tomo morning at 6.30 am.) the hostel im staying at is a hostel I randomly found on the street. it's a 6 bed dorm (atm a single room for me tho) LOL

its $20 AUS dollar a night, but sooooo nice!! it looks like a 5star hotel! they even provide slippers! (natttofflor) its almost a doublebed I have and everything is so modern. no keys, only doorcodes!

when I had settled down in my room, I went out for dinner. it ended up w milk from 7eleven, and a sallad from subway..anyone in my situation would do the same! c'mon, im walking on the streets 9pm at night, surrounded by chineese letters and raw chickenfeet and some weird ass stirfrys (god knows whats in there!).. just an example of what my friend and I had for brekkie this morning was shark-stirfry (well my friend had it, not me) ..i just cant deal w the thought of eating SHARK! maybe its cos I live in Australia..i don't know..

anyway..since taiwan is Chinese inspirated ( they eat ANYTHING in China...rat, cat, dog, animal eyes e.t.c) , I kind of felt like not taking the risk of getting any of those ingridienses in my tummy.. UNDERSTAND ME?! I know for sure my mom does atleast...

so tomorrow morning at 6.30 ,some sort of shuttlebus (no idea from where tho) leaves from this city to toroko NP. this time, I'm thinking of going slightly more crazy..fuck packed tourist buses! lets hire a PUSHBIKE! so when I reach there tomo im planning on both hitchhike around the gorge, springs and waterfalls , and also discover the Amazing landscapes by renting a bike..(getting some kinda fitness into my vacaction aswell)!
im kind of nervous for tomorows adventures..not coz im traveling alone, but becoz somewhere I read that this park is quite dangerous and risky to visit..
